Self service stamp kiosk was nice and easy after normal business hours. Lobby remains open for self service needs, very convenient. Lots of parking, easy to spot from the street, easy to find. Clean facility.

It's a smaller, older post office that's very basic. If you have the normal needs and don't mind a no frills post office, then this one is fine. I was in and out in 5 min at almost noon on a Wednesday so that's nice in itself when it comes to the average wait time. The parking lot is tight in the front so I would pull towards the back unless you want to risk having your car dinged up.

Worst passport service This gentlemen which I don't remember his name was ThE WORST! We went there for our baby's passport and on their website they said they do pictures but didn't specify if they dont do infants. This gentlemen didn't know how to take a picture to save his life. He didn't know how to operate the camera and took his sweet time pressing the freaking button to capture the photo. Imagine having to deal with his slowness and a fussy baby at the same time. He would take the picture and say is good and then take us outside to only tell us we need to retake the photo. He did this to us 3 times because her head was cut off in the picture. I asked him if he had a template or knew where the boundaries were in the screen before he captured the photo and he responded by saying i"f you don't like it go somewhere else". I responded by saying " you're the expert and I am paying you to do this so I shouldn't be able to trust you to do your job". Anyhow he took an ugly awkward photo which I am 100% sure will be rejected by the passport processing center. Bottom line don't go here for passport related work

    Him walking out on me.

Since it's the distribution center, they're open MUCH later than the typical post office. Their full service hours are Mon-Fri 7a-7p, Sat 8:30a-3p! I've always had great service here even when I was running in from the parking lot hoping to make it through the doors before they locked them. Even one time, although the door was locked, and the gentleman was standing there, he allowed me to pass him my stamped mail so it could go out that day. Like I said, the service has always been great here! I also love this location because they have self service machines inside the building and the doors are open 24/7. Tonight, even the general nighttime manager saw me at the machine and dropped died to chat. He was so sweet and friendly. The clerks here are always great too. Never had an issue by the way the postcard stamps are $.61 each. How I miss those days when they were $.15 each lol I guess the value is still good if you consider everything else has been inflated. I still highly recommend this USPS location for all your mailing needs..

About 40 years ago I remember going in another area for this service and that why I was asking. I remember that being in the south east end of the building not inside the general post office. He rudely said get in line for questions. He was sitting alone at the desk and we made eye contact. He could have said yes, get in line for that, but the shortness was not needed of his reply he said it twice like I was an idiot. lol, then I got in line where he motioned me to go and it turns out that was the front of the line and I was at the back of the line when I first asked him. After I walked back and forth in the Post office and finally got to the correct place in line making a scene because he wasn't quite about anything so neither was I. The same guy J.T. Called my name out for the passport renewal. I just laughed and said it was my lucky day and that was me! He didn't need to make it so difficult and rude. This carried out during the entire process of the paperwork. He had to leave for a second to make a copy and the other poster worker next to him was having a lovely conversation about Boston with a family. I wish I got him. The postal manager of this branch should put Someone else in charge of this service. Most people are excited to get this process done because it means they are going out of the country for most times something fun. JT shouldn't be the guy doing this service because he just can't keep his mouth shut and goes into his personal political beliefs.

How dare I assume the post office would have stamps, that the post office produces....to actually sell to me??? Then I handed her the prepaid/preposted box I was there to drop off and she had the audacity to ask me what was inside the box. What in the actual heck is that about? My mailman doesn't ask me what's inside a box when I schedule a pick up from my house and the drop off area at the Sunflower post office isn't even manned so they aren't asking anyone what's in the boxes they're dropping off. I truly don't understand why the woman who works at this post office is so miserable and petulant. She should work in back and not be up front because customer service is NOT in her skillset.

So even though I got there at 8:05 am and I was by far the first in line I had the misfortune to stand by the door they opened second (outside door) so I ended up being 7th in line and the people that got there after me at the inside door got in first.
