When I got to the counter with my package, the employee said it needed a quick seal. She told me she could tape it for $2. I wouldn't mind paying that if the box needed tape all over, but this was literally a tiny, 2-3 inch piece of tape just to cover a flap. Goodwill goes a long way, and good businesses make things easy for people, not difficult. That silly, frustrating interaction with an employee who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for people instantly made me understand why the previous customer was so upset. It's not about the $2; it's about an employee/policy that chooses to nickel-and-dime customers for a simple courtesy. This experience was enough for me to look for other, more customer-friendly options for my future shipping and return needs. Or keeping 2 inches of tape with me at all times

They do have post office boxes for rent as well. As I said, I've always had a good experience here. Everyone who's helped me out has always been super helpful. The line always moves quickly in my experience. Never had any issues there. The parking lot isn't ideal because it is shared with both staples, Safeway, as well as all the other businesses in this little strip mall. But again, the service that you get at the postal annex itself I think is great. So definitely worth checking out. They also offer notary services.

Today another package will be shipped back to the seller after this local FedEx failed to attempt delivery twice, lied to me and then refused to let me pick it up at a local pick up location. After trying to charge me another $5.99 to schedule a delivery next week, They told me to drive nearly 100 miles to pick up my small package from a Walgreens. I hope you don't use FedEx in the future. UPS and DHL have no issues helping their customers and delivering us our packages!
