When I got to the counter with my package, the employee said it needed a quick seal. She told me she could tape it for $2. I wouldn't mind paying that if the box needed tape all over, but this was literally a tiny, 2-3 inch piece of tape just to cover a flap. Goodwill goes a long way, and good businesses make things easy for people, not difficult. That silly, frustrating interaction with an employee who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for people instantly made me understand why the previous customer was so upset. It's not about the $2; it's about an employee/policy that chooses to nickel-and-dime customers for a simple courtesy. They do have post office boxes for rent as well. As I said, I've always had a good experience here. Everyone who's helped me out has always been super helpful. The line always moves quickly in my experience. Never had any issues there. The parking lot isn't ideal because it is shared with both staples, Safeway, as well as all the other businesses in this little strip mall. But again, the service that you get at the postal annex itself I think is great. So definitely worth checking out. They also offer notary services.
