I came here hoping to get my label printed since I ran out of ink and panicked. After waiting in line, I asked politely if the label could be printed here. He told me no. I told him this was my third post office visit and I was hoping to get it done here since this was the third one I checked, and since it was much bigger than the others. The guy at the counter decided to get loud and embarrassed me in front of all the customers. He treated me like I was an idiot and not worth his time. As I walked away crying he yelled at me to buy some ink! The ladies at the Billerica post office in pinehurt were so much nicer, they don't me they can't provide the service but are going to get a printer real soon. They requested I go to the library to print it but with the traffic, I would have never made it in time. He could have treated me like this but no, he treated me like I was stupid and belittled me. I came to find out that all I had to do was request a refund on my shipping label and then I can start a new one in the post office. Not sure why none of the workers knew this information considering we are living in the internet driven world. I will NEVER go back to this post office again, because I do not want to see that man again. read more

this P.O has an old and musty smell inside. the staff can be sorta snooty sometimes, but seem overall competent and good at what they do.

Terrible service!!!! If you need a passport, go somewhere else!!!!! We had appointment and we were supposed to arrive 10 minutes earlier and we did. Tim the post office guy behind the counter spent more time insulting a mistake in the package dimensions than offering assistance. Last time that office will be used. All the employees from counter clerks to passport to carrier to supervisors in Burlington, MA have been great! I've never encountered a problem. Parking hasn't been an issue. Any packages that went astray happened in other states (California, Florida). My mail has not arrived damaged or torn. All of this is a relief after the chaos of my previous towns usps. Thumbs up! Courteous , hardworking, congenial , friendly. This is my experience in my contact with this PO and their employees. And they do all of the above for a thankless, very difficult, boring menial job just to support their family. As I was standing in line an employee comes in from outside yelling "who parked in front of the drive up mailboxes?" A customer who was not in line said it was her and the employee continued to scream at her. After the customer left the employee called her a name swear, which my 5 year old daughter who was with me heard. Besides the constant parking issue and long lines, this incident was the final straw. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I would have my mail delivered to another post office and drive to pick it up over them. Crap service and crap employees. One extremely rude brunette lady who works the register in the morning. Short hair in a bun. Worst customer service I've witnessed. More than countless times I'll come home from work to receive a package and theyll leave a notice saying FAILED ATTEMPT NOBODY WAS THERE TO RECEIVE. Mailed a first class letter to my son in NJ on July 16, 2019 with a delivery date of July 18, 2019. He never received it.

I sent my Netflix DVD on the Thursday before Veteran's Day. Two weeks later, I still haven't received my new DVD. The mail service doesn't come to my house until after 5pm sometimes. There is something seriously wrong with the system if someone is helping themselves to my Netflix movies. They definitely need to hire more mailmen as well. For now, I have to cancel my unlimited movies option because I can only have at most two movies a month physically delivered to my house. read more

We moved to Burlington recently from Arlington and this was a huge upgrade. The staff is 10x more friendly than Arlington's and there is parking, which was a struggle all in itself in Arlington. Also they always seem to have 3 people working the counter which ensures there is never too long of a wait here. read more

I go into this post office at least 5 times a week. If I could give no stars I would. The line is always long, the service is deplorable. I was not impressed whatsoever. This about mail delivery at home. Today 2/17/2017,I had to run up the street to chase the mail truck who did not stop at my place, even though the red flag in the mail box was up indicating that there was mail to be picked up. When asked the driver why? his reply was that the black bumper of the truck had hit ice. I had cleaned the mail box area as much as I could, but could not break ice left by the town snowplows. I returned to my mail box to get the mail that I wanted to be delivered and in the meantime what did the driver do? he gets out of the truck and walks all the way up my neighbor's driveway to deliver a box that did not fit in their mail box. So, how come that he could not get off the truck when approaching my mail box? Also, tried to contact the Post Office a few times and for a very long time, but nobody picks up the phone . I should say that people at the counter are very friendly and helpful. read more

This place is the worst. I called concerned that a package that I hand delivered to their post office did not make it to its destination. The girl on the phone could not have cared less. This is the worst post office. Like, exceptionally awful. Mail is consistently torn, bent, and damaged. I've even had several envelopes arrive opened. When we complained about receiving a damaged package (it had "Do not bend" written all over it and it was creased in several areas), they couldn't have cared less and said they didn't know what to tell us. Really, how hard is it to deliver mail in one piece and unopened? read more

Typically I wouldn't review a Post Office but I stopped here right after Christmas and the cashier that helped me was so sweet I wanted to adopt her as an extra grandmother. I feel awful that the reviews are so bad, perhaps she has awful coworkers that were off while I was there, I'm not sure, but I felt like I needed to stop by and show some love since my experience was so great. read more

This post office has, by far, the most unpleasant employees I have ever dealt with. I deal with them on a regular basis, for personal and business reasons and have never left there happy. They treat everyone with zero respect, terrible customer service. You better hope they don't need to call you because they talk to you like you are the stupidest person in the world. I've lived in Burlington for 53 years. My mail box was always at the top of my driveway. One day I decided to move it closer to the street to be kind to the mail carrier in the snow. the mail box got run down at the street so I moved it back to where it was for over 50 years. I was reported by the carrier and a supervisor came to my house and said I didn't understand the rules. The routes are timed and they dont have the time to walk 30 seconds up my driveway anymore. I had no idea my house was creating such a bottle neck at the post office. so the mailbox is back at the street. Today however, the mail carrier was to lazy to get out of the truck and drove over my front lawn got stuck in the snow and spun his wheels until dirt was flying. Seriously, I have such a zero tolerance for the Burlington post office that I won't even deliver my neighbors mail because I don't have the 30 seconds to walk over to there house. I make the post office re-deliver everything. read more
