That too has been a great experience. They have a very reliable, expedient and convenient system especially compared to my last rental service. I'm notified via email right when packages arrive, they've never rushed me to pick them up even when I'm traveling for long stints. For packages that are due that day but haven't yet arrived, they give a special key so customers can enter via 24-hr access password and then unlock a separate oversized box to get the delivery even way after hours. I explained that this was an item I was selling and I needed assurance that the item would arrive undamaged in any way. The staff assured me "it won't get damaged." I voiced my skepticism however the staff seemed insistent that there would be no damage to the item. Sure enough, the item is being returned to me with photos of damage. I am now unable to sell this item now due to irreversible damage. Once again: the staff was very kind and personable: I'm only upset by the fact that they were so insistent/resistant to just provide a box. It has left me with the impression that instead of taking the extra steps to help provide what I was looking for, they just wanted to get the transaction over with asap and get on with their day. The experience has unfortunately put me off on this location and staff. I appreciate the "service with a smile" I truly do: but the professionalism unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

I have gone in 4 times lately and each time there are the same two employees. They are so friendly, very willing to answer questions, kind and welcoming. There are lots of shipping options and they vary in price but there are affordable options for each service. The staff at this location are extremely hard working, I've never seen them slow down. They are always on their feet, they keep lines moving and give people their full attention and care. I'm super impressed. I was so surprised at how personable and kind everyone was. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts." Not one word about paying for a bag or any packaging. Instead of following FedEx policy, the manager himself tried to upsell me for something that should've been free. That's not a mistake--that's dishonesty. For a manager to act like this is unacceptable. If a store leader is trying to charge customers for items that should be provided, it makes me question the entire location's integrity. FedEx needs to look into this immediately because this kind of behavior is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location and I'll warn others to stay away too.

Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless.
