    The manager of this store is TERRIBLE! Unreliable and does not return promised calls. I had a framed picture shipped from Lexington to Florida. It was packed at the store - delivered on time totally broken. Spoke with the manager, Sunny. He was very pleasant. He said the claim was filed and he would follow up with me. I sent videos of the damaged goods , he acknowledged receipt and that was the last I heard from Sunny despite numerous unreturned phone calls and a visit to the store. Another call to the store . Gabrielle confirmed that Sunny had received my store visit message the previous week and she would call him to tell him that I had called again. Gabrielle called me back to tell me she had spoken with Sunny and that he would call Me back shortly. That was 4 days ago and no return call from Sunny. Managers are responsible to their clients as well as their employees. Sunny and this UPS store is not responsible or good with their word or services. If you want even adequate service go elsewhere!

    In 2024, I experienced multiple mail theft and package tampering with this office. The lady at the…read moreoffice tried to make me blame our mailman but I refused only to find out that she still went blamed our mailman. After that incident/complaint, all was well until March 2026 when someone in this post office stole my cosmetic and tampered with my cosmetic packages back to back. When I complained this time, they again led me to think that our mailmen were to blame. It's an awful feeling to wonder or think that your trusted mailmen are to blame. We are very good hardworking honest people. I myself have helped so many others in my life tirelessly with nothing to gain. I have never stolen from anyone or been dishonest causing harm to anyone. We don't deserve to be bullied/threatened, retaliated against, and stolen from. Since daring to complain and accuse them of stealing my cosmetics (sunscreen), my entire family has now been personally targeted where every important financial personal sensitive mail has gone missing for the past one month. We never had this level of scary problem before in our entire lives and we are very long time residents (my 2024 mail theft was 2 Lexisnexis letters, 4 Bath and Body coupons with monetary value, and one cosmetic package tampering but nothing worth stealing). We checked with our neighbors and it is only us that someone who is sorting mail inside this post office is doing to us. I know because important mail still goes missing when 2 different mailman deliver. We have security cameras and know every mailman delivering. To date, we are missing 11 pieces of important personal assets, property and tax bills, water bills, bank statements, etc for a month now since my first complaint of theft since March 31, 2026. Only all the most important mail goes missing immediately after I dared complained a month ago that my sunscreen was stolen. If I had known that vocally complaining about sunscreen theft would result in personal targeted retaliation of a much more disturbing frightening nature that all of our most important time urgent mail goes missing, I would have shut up and let myself be stolen from. I don't need to buy online and can go without. However stealing critical mail is something that I can't prevent or do anything about. They are only targeting our family and none of our neighbors out of revenge. I feel sorry for my other family members because they had nothing to do with me making my decision to complain about my own package theft and got dragged into this nightmare traumatizing situation of mine.

The manager,…read moreBobby, tried to charge me for a bag even though my return instructions clearly state that returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx store and handled at no extra cost. The instructions literally say: "Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx™ store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts." Not one word about paying for a bag or any packaging. Instead of following FedEx policy, the manager himself tried to upsell me for something that should've been free. That's not a mistake--that's dishonesty. For a manager to act like this is unacceptable. If a store leader is trying to charge customers for items that should be provided, it makes me question the entire location's integrity. FedEx needs to look into this immediately because this kind of behavior is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location and I'll warn others to stay away too.

The staff member calmly walked me through all the steps, took time to define terms that I was confused by, and made sure to explain the shipping options and rates. It was overall a highly pleasant and professional interaction, and I expect I will go out of my way to use this Fedex location in the future.
