Given the competition that is so close, I still love going to Staples over the rest of the area. Everytime I have been in here, it has been quiet. Unlike the hustling and bustling Best Buy, there are no pushy sales people giving reading the corporate chain message. I have been able to take my time to look around, without anyone else brushing up against me. Staples may not have the size and variety of other stores, but when it comes to a shopping experience, Staples takes the prize. Even if I am dealt a more limited selection, I just feel better walking into a Staples as opposed to another store.

Today I dropped a package off at the Convenience store location in the AM , a $78 dollar shipping cost (all done on line) just dropped off on shelf took picture and left. Then this afternoon brought another package $83 dollar shipping cost. Again did all online. Packages weighed less then 8lbs each just larger box's. As I was leaving (with my 4 year old) the man came out and started to berate me about taking pictures in his store. I do this for my buyers out of curtesy and to cover myself from being blamed for lost or damaged packages. I asked him what the problem was , I took a picture of my package and the ups counter (no people or anything) in the picture. He continued to berate me and tell me this isn't a public place and im not allowed to take photos or videos in his store. I said no problem. I have used their services back in 2013 for picking up and shredding documents. I had decided to…read moredrive up recently (within about 7days of the new year) and save some time and money. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.
