I enjoy visiting this US Post Office location. The staff have always been very kind to me. I feel that this location is very fast and efficient. I get in and get out quickly. What more can you ask for? They have a convenient location with a parking lot that allows you to get in and out smoothly. This is an older building and needs updates. I seriously hate this mail service location. They just anger me so much sometimes. We get other people's mail SOOOO often. The other day the mail person had our entire house off. So our neighbor a door down got ours and we got the neighbor a door up and so on. Like seriously, how can you be this incompetent as a MAIL CARRIER. I mean all you do is walk door to door dropping off mail in mail boxes at houses that are numbered. I just left there...and I know it's the holiday's, but there was no line (middle of the day). A woman, seemingly the manager in charge by the way she ordered others around, slowly and not in a pleasant demeanor at ALL, finally got to the counter and asked if she could help me. I had a return small box that I had appropriately labeled but needed one snip of tape to close the box. She looked at me and so rudely said you have to buy tape, we don't have it here. I just had her send the box without any tape to secure it. Is that customer services? Did I ask for a mile of tape or even box tape? She surely showed that she couldn't care less about her job, her people, or actually being a customer service representative at all for the United states post office!! read more

I shipped a normal USPS Parcel post using Amazon and there was an error on the shipping label such that the USPS could not deliver the parcel. So the normal policy would be to wait for 15 days and then return it to the sendor. Believe it or not, I called the Post Office directly and spoke with a representative who gave me the number for the supervisor for where the parcel should have been delivered. Within one hour the representative T. Banks called me back and told me the delivery problem was not fixed. A++++ to the Bridgeton MO post office and toe Ms. Banks. Why ship UPS or FEDEX when our own PO can do a fine job. read more

Very poor customer service. Joyce is rude and nasty for no reason. She seems very unhappy to work at that Post Office. If you are that unhappy then find something else. There's plenty of people that would be happy to have that nice postal job you are fortunate to have. They didn't scan my return service package in the system and Joyce decided it was my fault for not walking it in the building instead of me dropping it in the blue mailbox outside. The label says you can drop it in the mailbox or give to a carrier. When you bring the packages in from the blue mailboxes and it has a label YES Joyce you should have scanned it in the system. Even the 1-800 number said that is best practice.That's why there is a tracking number. The package didn't get scanned until it had already made it to it's destination. Admit when you're wrong instead of blaming the customer. Quit being lazy. Both ladies need an attitude adjustment. No need to be rude especially when I wasn't rude to you. read more
