For months, we tried to reach the management team of Tagg Logistics to resolve damages to our…read moreinventory while under their care. We reached out to our account manger, Michael Lutseo, the general support ticket system, and by phone but they ignored our attempts to resolve the issue. We sent a detailed report showing pictures of the damaged goods and how we calculated the total cost of replacement which came to $6,625.81 - some pictures from the report are attached to this review. As you can see from the photos, Tagg Logistics showed a complete lack of care for our inventory. The top boxes were water damaged and filthy and the pallets were over stacked so the bottom rows were crushed. We run a portfolio of subscription businesses and use a number of 3PLs and Tagg Logistics is the only one that we have encountered that has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to fix a mistake. I would suggest avoiding them all together and if you are an existing customer, you should do regular site inspections to confirm the condition of your inventory.

But as moves often go, it turned out to be much more complex than expected. In the midst of sorting and packing, some of the remaining furniture created an unintentional trip hazard. I heard a stumble and rushed into the room just in time to witness something I'll never forget--Israel, one of the young movers, caught my mom midair as she was falling. No exaggeration: that young man saved my mom. A fall like that could have changed everything for her, and I will never forget his quick thinking, strength, and care. The move itself ended up taking 8 hours--double what we anticipated--but the team never once complained. Raekwon, Darryl, and Israel worked with professionalism, grace, and heart from start to finish. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and handled with respect. They worked quickly without rushing, took care with every item, and brought kindness and good humor to what could have been a stressful day. I found laundry Lukes's to be the best possible scenario. Lots of machines and dryers available. The floor could use a mop but the equipment was high quality and in perfect condition. Multiple choices for washer and dryer sizes. I love that there are options for how to pay so I didn't have to drag in cash out quarters. I was able to download the "speed queen" app and do everything through Apple Pay. So convenient! It even sends alerts when a load is complete. Plus I earned rewards to apply to my laundry to help save money. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the fellow patrons were polite and quiet.
