We're waiting today to get our package in hopes it isn't fried and or damaged. Called customer service, the Asian lady we spoke to was short, snappy and not listening to us AT ALL. We thought she was going to hang up on us before she would transfer us to a nicer man who seemed much more apologetic but we can't even pick up our own package. Having to WAIT AGAIN When its not even an hour away? How does the Asian lady and this Driver have jobs? This isn't the first time, EVERY SINGLE TIME we get a package from this place they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS mark our address as "INCORRECT" we look at the box? Its CORRECT I don't get why they hate our address so much.

For months, we tried to reach the management team of Tagg Logistics to resolve damages to our…read moreinventory while under their care. We reached out to our account manger, Michael Lutseo, the general support ticket system, and by phone but they ignored our attempts to resolve the issue. We sent a detailed report showing pictures of the damaged goods and how we calculated the total cost of replacement which came to $6,625.81 - some pictures from the report are attached to this review. As you can see from the photos, Tagg Logistics showed a complete lack of care for our inventory. The top boxes were water damaged and filthy and the pallets were over stacked so the bottom rows were crushed. We run a portfolio of subscription businesses and use a number of 3PLs and Tagg Logistics is the only one that we have encountered that has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to fix a mistake. I would suggest avoiding them all together and if you are an existing customer, you should do regular site inspections to confirm the condition of your inventory.

It's such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. It's rare to walk into any store, let alone a busy shipping and printing spot, and feel like the staff genuinely cares. Here, you're not just another package in the pile -- you're a neighbor they know by name. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this place stands out. Friendly, professional, and just genuinely good people. I can't say enough about how great it feels to support a local business where the staff actually cares about their customers.
