We reached out to our account manger, Michael Lutseo, the general support ticket system, and by phone but they ignored our attempts to resolve the issue. We sent a detailed report showing pictures of the damaged goods and how we calculated the total cost of replacement which came to $6,625.81 - some pictures from the report are attached to this review. As you can see from the photos, Tagg Logistics showed a complete lack of care for our inventory. The top boxes were water damaged and filthy and the pallets were over stacked so the bottom rows were crushed. We run a portfolio of subscription businesses and use a number of 3PLs and Tagg Logistics is the only one that we have encountered that has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to fix a mistake. I would suggest avoiding them all together and if you are an existing customer, you should do regular site inspections to confirm the condition of your inventory.
