I hired haultail to do a moving job for my mother. First they how up with a trailer attached to a…read more15 yr old mini van. When I inquired as to whether a recliner they had placed on the gate of the trailer would be strapped in the mover looked at me and said "let me do my job." He did strap the recliner in, but it did not appear to be safe. The afternoon proceeded, and was only down hill. They refused to hook the washing machine up, screamed at each other and cussed profusely. It was borderline comical. BUT today my mother informed that as she was putting her dining room table back together (movers DID NOT reattach legs) she found a huge gash on the table top. I called Haul Tails 800 number to tell them how dissatisfied I was. When they answered the phone I asked what city the rep was located in that I was speaking to. She whispered to her co-worker "what should I say?" I get the feeling this entire company is a SCAM

There's something to be said about a workplace that experienced massive revenue and growth. To…read morehandle a lot, a good team must be equipped with the tools to take on a lot. Such is not the case for Crossroads Courier. With 1 singular central call center (that doubles as its HQ and Driver Hub) Crossroads is so busy handling thousands of calls, orders, drivers, clients at once that they don't have any time for an actual process. They get a group of new hires and put them on road same day, before they run MVR reports, if something comes back on them, they'll pull the driver, which is how a good company covers themselves. But with little to no real customer service options, bad routing of calls, excessively long wait times in between communications with their drivers (which causes orders to be delivered late routinely) it seems that Crossroads Courier has too much business, with too little staff to actually be a cohesive unit. Poor Customer Service and even worst Communication.
