    I took a pantsuit to the Halls Ferry location on a referral. When I picked it up and went home to…read morewear to a meeting, the jacket pocket had a complete fold across it! The suit looked like it had been washed and heavily starched. The color( black) was of a dull color and you see that it had wrinkled and the material was not the same. I paid a nice price for this suit and horrified at what I witnessed! I've made 4 trips there and each time something else was an issue. The silk lining is now about 2 inches hanging from the hem! I left it again for the 3rd time. Now the entire lining is twisted in the pants and still hanging past the hem. They don't care. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Do NOT take anything of value there! Management is awful with not handling this issue properly and in a timely manner . Would give not 1star is possible

    I have used the pick up and drop off services of this company for a few months. While I think they…read moredo a good job with their cleaning, every time I call I get a recording and no one ever responds. Most recently I sent four items to the cleaners and they returned two of them. I've called twice and left a message on their answering machine. They have not called me back. I left a Feedback report, and I have not heard from them. I would have to say right now that if you like your clothes and want to see them again I would find a different cleaner. Since I wrote this the other two items showed up. They appear to be well cleaned. I do however stand by my original concern that no one has been answering the phone or returning the messages.

That was for the oil change. The filter it's spark plugs checking everything out to make it sure it would be ready for this summer plus they was running a winter special for delivery and pickup, instead of $60. It was gonna be $30. After four weeks, I called to follow-up. And I was told that they was waiting on parts when I stated. I did not authorize any additional part again. I was told no, the $259. Included the parts they ordered, which was a filter. And I should get it in the next two weeks today I got a phone call that it was ready to be delivered back home. And when I went to pay the bill, instead of it being the price, I quoted, I was charged $378. When I question that the lady said, I must have misunderstood, which I didn't I wrote it down and she was going to talk to the counterpeople, to let Em know they was given out the wrong information on pricing. When I stated, I will not make this mistake again. By coming back there, she didn't act like she even cared that she was losing possibly an ongoing customer.. I had several friends. Tell me that I should not have sent my mower there. And now I know why so be on the where of the quoting, they give you, because it's going to change to a higher price.. i was hoping this would be a place I could count ongoing forward. Because I don't have my husband to help me on this. So obviously they've lost a future customer going forward. I will be looking elsewhere for any services needed on my mower.

The…read moreowner seemed to be knowledgeable initially, but upon picking up my repair, didn't seem to actually put any effort effort diagnosing my issue. He was more interested in receiving a service fee for doing essentially nothing. I'm almost positive that they misdiagnosed not one but both of my lawn mowers one of which I let them keep based on the information that they told me. When they told me the second lawnmower couldn't be repaired. I pushed back and asked them if I take it to another shop and they're willing enable to get it fixed then would my $50 be refunded being that you didn't fix my problem. The owner didn't responded well another shop might be able to get it up and running, but I still don't think it's gonna cut.. Like I said, I don't typically leave bad reviews about places like this, but something needs to be said. I really think you would be better off spending your money somewhere else where they value you and actually take the time to figure out what the issue is and it's less focused on keeping your money for a service fee. I was torn between taking my lawn equipment to this place and a few other places in North County. The other places were booked up and I now see why they were booked up. My advice, wait on the other lawnmower repair places that are booked up versus taking your equipment to these people. I work in Construction and very much have respect for people who work in a service industry but these people just aren't it.

    I am sharing my experience after attending a memorial service here in March 2026. The funeral was…read morefor an elderly person, and the mourners in attendance were reserved, considerate, and respectful, which made the treatment we received feel completely unwarranted. I arrived when the guard was in the restroom, so I was not subjected to a search, but I witnessed that the search itself was forceful and aggressive. The way staff treated people as they were exiting was disappointing. Recent incidents in the area seemed to be used as a justification for what came across as rudeness. I understand the need for extreme caution, but basic customer service should still be a priority. A funeral home should be able to exercise discernment based on the circumstances, such as the nature of the loss, the age of the individual, and the family they are actively working with. Instead, the focus seemed to be on moving people through as quickly as possible, with little consideration for elderly or disabled attendees, or even for those who simply needed a moment to use the restroom. People were rushed off the parking lot without being given any room to receive direction on what was next. There should be a designated area where guests can gather briefly after services, especially for those who traveled from out of town and need a moment to figure out where to go. The way everyone was rushed out felt disrespectful and dismissive.

Sadly, a few months later, my mother passed away and my sisters did not hesitate to suggest that Mr. Baucom handle all of the arrangements. Mr. Baucom was very accomodating and his fantastic staff went above and beyond. Mr. Baucom understood our needs as a greiving family and did not flinch when last minute adjustments needed to be made. Thank you Mr. Baucom for providing service none like any other in the metropolitan area.
