I am extremely surprised by the other reviewer who stated that he was rude and disrespectful. As a frequent customer, having talked with him myself on numerous occasions and having seen him interact with plenty of other customers, I have never seen anything remotely like this from him in the past. I can't speak to what actually happened that the other reviewer is talking about but that probably is not a fair representation but definitely is not the norm.

I recently dropped off a package at Postal Plus and learned something I wish I'd known earlier:…read morealways ask for a receipt. The team was friendly and took my package, but they didn't automatically provide proof of drop-off. Unfortunately, the shipment never showed up in the USPS system, and I ended up losing the cost of the product. The owner was responsive when I reached out, which I appreciated, but there wasn't any help for the financial loss. Overall, the shop seems helpful, but their process doesn't include giving receipts unless you ask--so make sure you do. Sharing this so others don't run into the same issue. I went in today to look at some of their shipping boxes, and he came over and told me not to touch them because he would have to fix them when I put them back. Then he cussed at me (god d*** it) and proceeded to flip the ones I had looked at. I didn't put them in the wrong place, they just weren't to his OCD standards I suppose. He also talked condescendingly to me as if he were the smartest person to ever live. (FYI: You work at a box store. I'm an engineer. You haven't done much with your life.) Mailbox HQ was the original company that provided our mailbox and installation…read more Well ten plus years later a visitor to a neighbor's home struck the mailbox while reversing breaking the bracket from the post and damaging the box. After the operator of the vehicle fled the scene the St. Louis County police were kind enough to track them down and procure their insurance information. Then mailbox headquarters met with us on a Sunday morning to plan the repair and reinstallation of the needed components Additionally, they provided a loaner box and post until the repairs could be made within a few days A few days later, all the parts were in, and the highly skilled technician was dispatched to reinstall and reattach all the damaged items. A true testament to the quality of the materials, and the workmanship provided was the post did not need to be replaced as it was still firmly installed in the ground and undamaged from being struck by an automobile. We would highly recommend mailbox headquarters to anyone considering installing or replacing your mailbox. The options are nearly endless. The quality of materials are amazing, but most importantly, the people from sales to installation, to service or absolutely amazing!
