I appreciate the effort Joanna from RXO who helped expedite the delivery after coordinating with the local warehouse by me. Original Review: I ordered a washing machine from LG on 11/22/2025. The estimated delivery date was 11/28/2025. That day came and went and nothing was delivered to my home and no update was provided. I contacted LG and they stated that RXO would deliver my item on December 5th. However, when discussing with RXO, the next available date was actually December 12th, yesterday. I was told that I would receive a text message with the estimated delivery time the night before (December 11th) after 5PM. I never received a text message that evening and did not receive any call from a delivery person the evening before as indicated. The morning of December 12th, I received a text message stating my item would be delivered between 3:00-7:00PM that day. I made sure that I was home from that timeframe, and 7:00PM came and went with no delivery and no update from their team. When I checked my tracking information after being no-showed, it simply said "Cannot Perform Stop - Carrier reschedules enroute due to issues, such as broken down equipment, results in exception.: undefined" When I spoke with three different RXO customer service people, two of the said there was an injury during another delivery so my delivery was cancelled, and a third person said my item has not yet arrived to the warehouse. I have since received another opportunity to schedule my item to be delivered, with the next available date of December 20th which is another 8 day delay despite my item sitting at a warehouse 5 minutes from my house and my delivery being cancelled yesterday after getting no-showed and not being provided with any update the day of delivery. This company is terrible, their reliability is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and I will never order another item that needs to be delivered by RXO. read more

This company is awful!! They hire independent contractors to deliver goods with no training or supplies. We had LG laundry appliances delivered and the team of two had no clue what they were doing and damaged my wood and tile floors greatly. We had them STOP and just leave the appliances in our foyer to be handled by others at DXO. Now I am getting the massive run around and NO ONE is assisting with getting these units to my laundry room and installed! We have a house full of family and have a Christmas party to host and there sits the appliances RIGHT INSIDE OF MY FRONT DOOR!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! NOR WILL I EVER DEAL WITH LG DIRECT AS THEY ARE NOT HELPING AT ALL!!!!!! ADD TO THE HEADACHE I NOW HAVE TO CHASE THEM TO COVER DAMAGES! read more

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized delivery company. I was supposed to get my washer and dryer in July and I just now received it today. No one was attempting to offer real solutions but they just kept apologizing. The first delivery "attempt" was a no call, no show. I sat around all day waiting for it to come and when I called to get answers, I was just told that my delivery was on its way. It did not come and the next day I was sent a rescheduling link with the closest delivery date two weeks later. I finally received the washer and dryer, but the delivery people left paper manuals inside the washer and ran it. The new washer is now coated in paper that I cannot get out. Ordered a $3,700 mattress from Sam's Club. Unfortunately they contract with this terrible delivery company. Originally scheduled to be delivered on Friday, January 10, 2025. They then had to reschedule and were supposed to deliver on Sunday, January 12th. Got a confirmation email that said they'd arrive between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. Never showed up. Never called. Nothing. When I finally called at 5:45pm to get an update, I was informed that there would be no delivery and that it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN! So now we wait until Wednesday, January 15th. read more

I was contacted and told my delivery was on the way. I would see the truck was in my neighborhood and then the driver never came down my street or contacted me. The only not that was left was that I was not home which is not true as I was outside of my building the truck never attempted to deliver the item, contact me, or drive down my street. I am extremely unhappy with the service and customer service from this company. Nobody is any help and the customer service agents keep sending me to IKEA customer service which is no help either. I have already waited a month for this scheduled delivery. I do not want to wait another month. I look at these other reviews and I am shocked! Consider yourselves lucky if you get your products from RXO. We ordered a dryer that they received two weeks before they would schedule a delivery date WITH install! However, the day off when the finally offered us a window for delivery 2-4 PM. They did not actually arrive until 5PM. (After we called 3 times asking if they were still coming). Oh yeah, Each time they will very politely tell you, "Sorry we cant give any other details, our routes are planned logistically and your items will be delivered." Oh yeah, They finally arrived, NO parts to install it and then two gentlemen did push ups at the end of my driveway before they left (Wonderful)! Maybe that is why they were late, had to make time for exercise? read more

There is no communication at all from them until you reach out. Wife and I bought a fridge and dishwasher, paid for it to be delivered 6/7, and at 3 we finally decided to reach out only to be told that the order was never going to be delivered today and could not be delivered until 6/12. That's 5 business days past when we paid for it to be delivered. This is keeping in mind that since it was something we paid for and scheduled we worked around and cleared the old fridge for. If you have an option to avoid using RXO for delivery, do so because their service is absolutely horrible. This is a case where I wish postage wasn't paid until delivery so they didn't get paid for doing nothing. I'll ammend my review if they reach out with a better solution. read more

Not for big heavy packages. We watched in horror 2 men try to unload our treadmill in the rain. By the time they got it to our doorstep the box was badly damaged and soaking wet. The front motor cover and a rear foot was broken completely off the machine. Nordic track will send parts but it may take 2 weeks and I've already waited 1 month for the treadmill. Communication prior to day of delivery was good- Day of delivery I was given a time frame of 8-11 they showed up at 12:30 no call, apology nothing. Oh- and they requested that I rate them a "10" on the customer satisfaction survey! read more

I paid 299.00 for white glove delivery of bed purchase. The delivery guy said that my old mattress removal wasn't possible after shining the flashlight from his iPhone because it appeared stained. I explained that I sometimes perspire when I sleep and that would be the reason the mattress appeared stained. At this point I allowed them to assemble the new bed. I was shown the remote to operate the bed and then the guy exited my home. When I returned to fully inspect the bed, I noticed debris from the unpacking left on the floor. I walked around the bed and stepped on an unknown object. I located the operation manual and discovered that the item I stepped on was for emergency use in the event of a power outage. I t was then that I detected the odor of marijauna. I called RXO to express my concern and was told that RXO would investigate the matter. One week later I received a call from an RXO representative and was told that my delivery was satisfactory and that the delivery guy had only smoked a flavored cigar. Another driver was dispatched to remove the old mattress and pretty much had the same attitude, so I asked the driver why come to my house if you had no intention of removing the mattress . If a mattress has a stained appearance, RXO will not allow the delivery team to load the item on their trucks. I feel that they only want to do the sexy work, but leave the heavy work to the consumer. I can't rate this company with any stars because of the poor service and attitudes of their delivery team. RXO needs to mandate drug testing of any employee that operates a company vehicle for safety of the community. If RXO had an decency they would refund the 299.00. read more
