A father and son team did an excellent job. They were very polite, professional, and delivered great work. Thank you.

Horrible experience- expected me to wait 8 weeks for delivery; Sam's intervening helped and got it scheduled for last week which RXO then cancelled and failed to notify me. I cannot recommend this delivery service at all with all of the issues I had. read more

This company is absolutely terrible. The website is not even accessible through links that are provided by their own customer service team. I have spent more than 1 hour on the phone simply trying to get information about a delivery that the company is telling me they are making for a product I ordered through Sam's Club. I have spoken with 2 different staff members who could not accurately answer ANY questions I have about this order/ delivery. If you can avoid using this company, please use someone else. read more

Mark and his team were on time. We had other contractors on site concurrently and he worked incredibly well to complete the assembly within 30 minutes without interrupting/delaying the other workers. The dining set looks fantastic! read more

i ordered a kayak from Amazon, it was to be delivered today. it has been sitting in my area since last week. RXO ended up cancelling the delivery. impossible to get hold of a real person to reschedule. website, text bot and spending hours on hold beyond frustrating. I missed one call by an agent i assume oversea call center. I drove to the facility in hazelwood no signage , no will call, nothing!!! I call the adjacent shipping facility that shares same address. she tells me RXO usually close at 2. I was there to pick up my product and they wouldn't even have to pay someone for the final delivery. i highly doubt that I'll be able to go on my trip w the kayak which is 5 days away. if I was smart id cancel my order and short this overpriced stock w a current pe ratio over 200 4 pm i got an email from amazon that rxo attempted a delivery today at 240pm, they same time i was at their facility. I highly doubt rxo or its affiliates did attempt a delivery today since their website had previously stated the delivery was cancelled and I've spent hours on phone and an hour in the car driving to their facility. I guess they need to tell amazon that they attempted a delivery or else Amazon would stop using this subpar company read more

I already had a problem with them taking for ever to install my refrigerator. To make matters worse the delivery guys put a large scratch on the front of my brand new refrigerator. The entire experience with this company has been horrible. Brand new refrigerator looking used because they caused a scratch Is in the front of my refrigerator!!!! I will never use this company again!!!! read more

The delivery team was amazing fast and efficient, they stayed in cont along the way and let us know exactly when they would be here. The assembled product looks great. read more

Bought an electrolux washer dryer that contracted rxo for delivery and installation, took them a month to set up delivery and installation, the installation team didnt know it was stacked and couldn't set it up and they showed up hours after the provided delivery window, took another month for them to set up another installation, they said they would call the night before to provide an eta and never called. They had a service tracker link they sent at noon day of that said eta 3-8, then said in route at 1, changed eta at 6 to 6-8, never showed or called to say they weren't coming, showed as cancelled on the tracker at 845. Called multiple times over the course of a week, each time they put me on hold 20 mins then said they would get back to me later that day and never did. You will have to wait months, take multiple days off work and spend hours on the phone for 0 communication and no shows. read more

This company is awful!! They hire independent contractors to deliver goods with no training or supplies. We had LG laundry appliances delivered and the team of two had no clue what they were doing and damaged my wood and tile floors greatly. We had them STOP and just leave the appliances in our foyer to be handled by others at DXO. Now I am getting the massive run around and NO ONE is assisting with getting these units to my laundry room and installed! We have a house full of family and have a Christmas party to host and there sits the appliances RIGHT INSIDE OF MY FRONT DOOR!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! NOR WILL I EVER DEAL WITH LG DIRECT AS THEY ARE NOT HELPING AT ALL!!!!!! ADD TO THE HEADACHE I NOW HAVE TO CHASE THEM TO COVER DAMAGES! read more

Review edit: after posting this review someone from RXO contacted me and was able to find me a sooner delivery time and the delivery people were professional and efficient. I appreciate the effort Joanna from RXO who helped expedite the delivery after coordinating with the local warehouse by me. Original Review: I ordered a washing machine from LG on 11/22/2025. The estimated delivery date was 11/28/2025. That day came and went and nothing was delivered to my home and no update was provided. I contacted LG and they stated that RXO would deliver my item on December 5th. However, when discussing with RXO, the next available date was actually December 12th, yesterday. I was told that I would receive a text message with the estimated delivery time the night before (December 11th) after 5PM. I never received a text message that evening and did not receive any call from a delivery person the evening before as indicated. The morning of December 12th, I received a text message stating my item would be delivered between 3:00-7:00PM that day. I made sure that I was home from that timeframe, and 7:00PM came and went with no delivery and no update from their team. When I checked my tracking information after being no-showed, it simply said "Cannot Perform Stop - Carrier reschedules enroute due to issues, such as broken down equipment, results in exception.: undefined" When I spoke with three different RXO customer service people, two of the said there was an injury during another delivery so my delivery was cancelled, and a third person said my item has not yet arrived to the warehouse. I have since received another opportunity to schedule my item to be delivered, with the next available date of December 20th which is another 8 day delay despite my item sitting at a warehouse 5 minutes from my house and my delivery being cancelled yesterday after getting no-showed and not being provided with any update the day of delivery. This company is terrible, their reliability is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and I will never order another item that needs to be delivered by RXO. read more

Great service! James and Terry provided a professional and thorough delivery experience. Would definitely recommend this company to others! read more

Very promp, professional, courteous, and politely agreed to carry my oversized countertop down our steps into basement kitchenette. Really appreciated these two delivery men! read more

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized delivery company. I was supposed to get my washer and dryer in July and I just now received it today. No one was attempting to offer real solutions but they just kept apologizing. The first delivery "attempt" was a no call, no show. I sat around all day waiting for it to come and when I called to get answers, I was just told that my delivery was on its way. It did not come and the next day I was sent a rescheduling link with the closest delivery date two weeks later. I finally received the washer and dryer, but the delivery people left paper manuals inside the washer and ran it. The new washer is now coated in paper that I cannot get out. I called to ask for solutions, but was met with aggression and no help. I would avoid at all cost. read more

Ordered a $3,700 mattress from Sam's Club. Unfortunately they contract with this terrible delivery company. Originally scheduled to be delivered on Friday, January 10, 2025. They then had to reschedule and were supposed to deliver on Sunday, January 12th. Got a confirmation email that said they'd arrive between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. Never showed up. Never called. Nothing. When I finally called at 5:45pm to get an update, I was informed that there would be no delivery and that it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN! So now we wait until Wednesday, January 15th. read more

the delivery team was awesome. very professional and quickly removed our old refrigerator and installed our new one very quickly.

The techs RXO sent over with my massive Ikea order were perfection. They delivered on time, exactly where I asked, and were super friendly and polite. Will absolutely use again! read more

The process was awesome all around. The delivery team let me know exactly when they were going to be at my home down to the second. It really helped me because I'm out of town and I had my neighbor sign for my package. It was so easy. I didn't worry at all. My neighbor said the delivery team was courteous and great. I will definitely use you in the future. read more

RXO did a great job delivering our package. Gentleman was kind and courteous. Very happy with their quality of work.

Delivery from ikea. Lots of weight, up stairs. They were nice, didn't break anything, were neat. Recommend. Good guys.

Great professional service! I would highly recommend this company. They showed up on time and communicated well throughout the entire process. read more

Delivery gentlemen were professional and courteous. Much appreciated!Merchandise delivered in good condition.

I was contacted and told my delivery was on the way. I would see the truck was in my neighborhood and then the driver never came down my street or contacted me. The only not that was left was that I was not home which is not true as I was outside of my building the truck never attempted to deliver the item, contact me, or drive down my street. I am extremely unhappy with the service and customer service from this company. Nobody is any help and the customer service agents keep sending me to IKEA customer service which is no help either. I have already waited a month for this scheduled delivery. I do not want to wait another month. Horrible company, it's a shame Ikea cannot just deliver the items themselves as clearly this delivery driver from Rxo didn't do anything right. read more

I look at these other reviews and I am shocked! Consider yourselves lucky if you get your products from RXO. We ordered a dryer that they received two weeks before they would schedule a delivery date WITH install! However, the day off when the finally offered us a window for delivery 2-4 PM. They did not actually arrive until 5PM. (After we called 3 times asking if they were still coming). Oh yeah, Each time they will very politely tell you, "Sorry we cant give any other details, our routes are planned logistically and your items will be delivered." Oh yeah, They finally arrived, NO parts to install it and then two gentlemen did push ups at the end of my driveway before they left (Wonderful)! Maybe that is why they were late, had to make time for exercise? read more

2nd time an online purchase was made, first amazon, 2nd sams club, delivery day comes for my washing machine and get an email from them saying they cant deliver it today, this company is f*cking trash, calls will be made to sams to get this companies delivery contracts pulled. If I could 0 stars I would. read more

2 very nice respectful men showed up to deliver my appliances. Called several times with updates. Great communication. 5 stars to them.

The delivery drivers were very courteous & professional. They brought my Ikea purchases right inside my door. I had several boxes as I had purchased a whole bedroom/office set for my son. The drivers were super friendly and I would recommend this service to anyone. I was kept updated on my delivery times through the Ikea purchase history and email. Thanks for your professionalism and service! read more

Delivery team was great! Very patient and unloaded everything with care. Very polite. Totally recommend.

There is no communication at all from them until you reach out. Wife and I bought a fridge and dishwasher, paid for it to be delivered 6/7, and at 3 we finally decided to reach out only to be told that the order was never going to be delivered today and could not be delivered until 6/12. That's 5 business days past when we paid for it to be delivered. This is keeping in mind that since it was something we paid for and scheduled we worked around and cleared the old fridge for. If you have an option to avoid using RXO for delivery, do so because their service is absolutely horrible. This is a case where I wish postage wasn't paid until delivery so they didn't get paid for doing nothing. I'll ammend my review if they reach out with a better solution. read more

Not for big heavy packages. We watched in horror 2 men try to unload our treadmill in the rain. By the time they got it to our doorstep the box was badly damaged and soaking wet. The front motor cover and a rear foot was broken completely off the machine. Nordic track will send parts but it may take 2 weeks and I've already waited 1 month for the treadmill. Communication prior to day of delivery was good- Day of delivery I was given a time frame of 8-11 they showed up at 12:30 no call, apology nothing. Oh- and they requested that I rate them a "10" on the customer satisfaction survey! read more
