Store also charged me $1.00 for a piece of tape! The tape needed was no more than 3 inches in length.

For the…read morepast seven years, Ink Spot has printed many meaningful items for my family -- from my wedding invitations to my children's birth announcements and birthday party invitations -- in addition to larger orders I've placed through the department where I work. Unfortunately, today that relationship ended over a $1.61 charge for envelopes. After being misquoted for a set of double-sided birthday party invitations and requesting matching envelopes, I received 14 invitations but only 7 envelopes. When I emailed to share that the envelope count seemed short, I was told not to worry and that additional envelopes would be set aside for me. When I returned to the store to pick them up, I was asked to pay $1.61 for the envelopes. I explained that I hadn't brought money because I didn't expect to need to pay for something that appeared to be part of correcting the order. The situation was reviewed, but the interaction was handled with a less-than-helpful attitude. Ultimately, I chose to walk away rather than continue the conversation over $1.61 -- because to me, it represented something larger. Over the years I have referred friends, family, and colleagues to Ink Spot, and I've valued supporting a local business. Situations like this are rarely about the dollar amount; they're about customer care and recognizing when a miscommunication has occurred. With that in mind, I'll be taking my business to HiTec moving forward, and I've shared my experience with those I've previously recommended. I share this feedback sincerely and in the hope that it helps reinforce how meaningful thoughtful customer service can be to long-time customers.

I was…read moreworking with my invitation printing company, but since our wedding program was going to have a lot of specific information we needed to find a company to help with the formatting and set-up. Inkwell was just the place! When my husband first called the office he said he received excellent phone customer service from Cherie. She was helpful and really understood what he was looking for. He was explaining to her how we needed the script for the mass to be printed and she agreed to help with it. Cherie asked for a quick look at what we currently had completed and then a few days later she provided us a quote along with the format she would use. It looked awesome! Once we had the final draft completed of our program we sent it to Cherie and a few days later our programs were ready for pick-up. They looked great and the paper she used was very classy. The programs looked so official and pretty. Even our Church asked where we got them and asked if they could use them as an "example" for future weddings! What a compliment to Cherie and the Inkwell Printing Company. I wish I would have found Inkwell sooner because they can even do printing for save-the-dates, wedding invitations, thank-you cards, etc. What a great find! I will keep them in mind for any of my future printing projects! And I will recommend them to any bride-to-be! Thanks Cherie for your help!

Above and beyond in every category imaginable…read more I'm in my second job now that requires a good amount of printing of posters, fliers, banners, and promotional materials, and lord knows that can get expensive. When operating on a limited budget, the last thing I want to do is shell out tons of $$ on printing. CPS is the perfect solution! My contact over there, Dwight, is the picture of professionalism and customer service. All I do is let him know what I need done, and he gets quotes from a bunch of different printers and tells me about the best one. Doesn't get much easier than that! There was a time last year when I needed something done really fast, and Dwight actually brought the finished product to my house at 9:00 at night. He responds to all of my emails right away and I always feel like my projects are a priority, even though I'm sure they have much bigger fish to fry than my parties! Highly recommended for any printing needs you may have. I'll be using these guys for a long time!

I will definitely be a repeat customer of Dwight's & CPS and help spread the word on this great company!

I had a long transaction and did not mind him taking care of other people who came in after me. I must say, this guy was juggling a lot with all the people who came in. I stood there and watched him for a while. After he got the line down, he would come back to me to try to finish my transaction. Then another cluster of people would come in. I wanted to help this guy so bad, so I stayed patient and told him he didn't have to rush. Finally, we finished my transaction; he stayed calm, collected, and professional the whole time. No complaining about anything. So I was compelled to write this review. I was a supervisor in a store, and I understood what it's like to not have enough workers to do the job. Best performance I've seen from a customer service employee in a long time. One more point: people need to learn compassion, be patient, and not be so rough on employees. Wait until your impatience replaces these people with AI. All because Americans can't wait and want it NOW!!! The land of snobs, bullies, prejudice, ignorance, and privilege.
