I live out-of-state and came to St. Louis to pick up and ship two of my late father's oil paintings given to me by a relative. I brought the paintings to this UPS location with no information on what kind of experience I might have. I asked lots of questions and stated my expectations. The manager oversaw the careful and thorough packing of my cherished paintings. I even asked to see the finished package, which he provided. I stated my concern about delivery as there is a lot of package theft in my city, and the manager recommended "signature required", so I did. My father's paintings arrived to my West Coast home within a week in perfect condition. Went up to UPS, Creve Coeur Mo and had 3 big bags of shredding, plus a return to do. The young man that helped me was so polite, patient and very kind. He huuried over and took the bags for me, did my return and didn't mind ne watching him put all my shredding into Iron Mountain piece by piece. He was one of the sweetest, most helpful young man. The service here was very poor. I walked in and had to speak first & then after speaking "Hello" the employees there continued to Ignore me & stare down at their screens. The one blonde haired female associate up front stated to me that she was just clocking in for the day which was the reason she had not spoke, but how was I supposed to know that? And why not still greet the customer upon their arrival? The customer service was very piss poor & they are going to need better customer service training at this store ASAP! read more

This place is really great. I drop my packages here for my notary documents and I have never had any issues. The people there are really friendly and always nice. Sometimes the place will also smell really nice when they have all of the wooden boxes in so that is a small plus. Always a great experience here with the staff and facility. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I don't frequent this store but I happened to be in the neighborhood with a friend who lives nearby yesterday and today. They are closed on Sunday. Ok, no problem, fair enough. Sign says they open at 8am. I went there this morning at 8:12am. The place was closed and I didn't see anyone inside. I was irritated but I went across the street to Starbucks and got a cup of tea and at 8:23 (busy Starbucks) I was back. Still not open and no one there. I was totally pissed. How can anyone be in business and run it this way? I headed down Olive to the Olivette UPS store on my way to work and um guess what? They were open during their posted business hours! I will never return to this UPS store ever. read more

I absolutely HATE UPS right now. Not this specific location but the company in general. I tried to send a package three weeks ago only to receive it back this past week, whatever errors were happening during shipping they were notifying me of but never told me to contact them about it. When I realized it was coming back and not being delivered to the correct address, they said it was because I never contacted them. And I just found out that I've been charged three different times from them when they said they were going to refund me since I received my package back. I will never be using UPS EVER again. This is just freaking ridiculous. read more

This is my absolute favorite UPS store in Creve Coeur on Olive. They're always so helpful and jolly greeting you. I had to get a document notarized and Ashley was so kind and cheery. I had issues find a place to notarize my document and she was able to notarize it efficiently and the transaction went smoothly. Totally recommend this UPS! read more

Had an outstanding experience today! My company had a boatload of marketing materials that needed to be printed today for a big event tomorrow, and the owner himself not only took his time to run multiple samples and quality checks for us, but when there was an issue with the printer folding some of the materials, he personally hand folded them himself! Mr. Khan makes it very easy to use his services. He gave me his email address and lets me email him the documents I need printed. I can state the time I plan to pick up items and he will have them ready or he will also email me when the copies are finished. His color copies are the cheapest I've found anywhere. read more
