I called for them to give me the tracking number for the shipement and they are no longer able tyo supply that. a papaer receipt or a email would have been a better solution. Every few weeks I returned to Crestwood to collect mail + boxes from this location. Therefore, I have had some 30+ years doing business with this location + I would rate them 98% to 100%. The 2% less is only cuz we all make mistakes every-now and then. Additionally, the house I live in nearby does not have a mailbox at the end of the driveway...just a narrow slot in the garage door, forcing packages to be left outside on driveway or at front door stoop.. in rain or snow no less. Therefore, I rate this UPS Store location 1000% positive. PS: there was a short period when store was under different management for a year or so.... that's when some of the bad reviews occurred..... that rough patch is over with now that there is new owners/managers.

I arrived at EZ storage and Gregory (manager) was able to provide me a unit. These units are all indoors and climate controlled. You need a special code to get through the gate/garage and your unit is inside. It's a drive-thru unit and so you drive your car in and then unload and take the elevator up. They provide carts for easy transport. Before I committed to the unit, Gregory brought me through the building and showed me the size of the unit and talked to me about the cost per month. Right now they are running a special so I was able to get 3 months for half price. I assume they have specials often so be sure you check. Gregory told me he lives on site with his dog so if there is ever anything going on he'll know about it. There are also multiple cameras around the property and inside the building. I'm really glad this storage facility exists. It's exactly what I was looking for!

Move-in was easy and having access to their moving truck ( at a reasonable price!), made it all work - and we had coordinated everything from NY just a short time prior to arrival. They have lots of carts to use, easy drive in access to drop off stuff and cart it up to your unit, and clean, auto-lit corridors and storage units. We kept the unit over 2 years and there were a few times we were late on payments and they didn't treat you like a deadbeat - they just reminded you and we paid right away. I cannot think of one negative thing, and I am a pretty harsh grader - I don't just give away 5 stars to everyone.

They have quick drop off options as well, if you already have your package labeled and printed. As for me, I usually give them a print off with the business account information, and addresses and they do the rest! I only had difficulties with one person but said person does not seem to be there anymore. It's not that the person was difficult to work with, they were mostly too slow and somewhat confused. But the past month, it's been a lot quicker and smoother. I mail documents for places all over the world so I do understand that sometimes the addresses are complex but the workers here do their job well. I do wish they are more consistent with sending confirmation emails. Sometimes, I get them, other times, I don't. The confirmation is helpful for me and the clients I work with. As far as the delivery time options, though, they are always quick and the prices are reasonable for the time from shipment to delivery. I hope to continue having nice experiences here, especially because it is a very convenient location for me.
