Parking can be a nuisance, because it's metered on Grand or you can park in Wyoming for free if you get super lucky. The lady who typically works is pleasant and helpful. The space is not so hot. Once you get into the actual space there's no windows or natural light. It's all kinda dingy and could use some major upgrades or an overhaul. There is something kind of endearing about dingy though, sometimes. Regardless, I will come here exclusively for convenience, not a whole lot else.

Yes, the #1 staple of a post office- maybe they'll have some, maybe they won't. Employees aren't quite as annoyed to have customers as a lot of South City businesses, but they're not really thrilled to help you, either. The bullet proof glass is very warm and welcoming. It's alright if you really need to mail something, but again, you're gambling with any city post office getting your mail to where it needs to go. If there's a county post office on your way to anywhere else, I recommend doing your postal business there instead.

Come from behind. Finally it opened and she took my packages. Ughhh. The are consistently lacking supplies in front, you cannot ship a package larger than the bullet proof glass encasement, and the front doors are awkward to open. One is also always locked in place. Parking is on the street but someone is always entitled enough to pull up and park on the sidewalk. Yeah, like the one for humans to walk on. I guess this is an "urban post office", short lines but big attitudes.

I received letter from the passport agency saying that my passport application was denied due to it not being executed by an authorized agent. Why would they waste my time taking my money in my application if they were not authorized. When I went up there to try to get them to fix it, the man was rude did not apologize and was unhelpful. He said that they could not help because no one there is authorized. He sent me all over town downtown USPS & to the library, & had to come back to this post office three times in one day just for him to give me a refund for my processing fee Which he was giving me a hard time on. I had to sit there and wait for a supervisor for an hour, just to get my $35 back.
