I came here to drop off a package that was a return and I had a label in the package. Apparently my package was not taken enough and the gentleman had said something about it and kept making inappropriate comments about how they weren't packing center and if anything happened, it would be my fault, but was very mean and demeaning about it. I told him I was told by the company I didn't have to tape it all it was included in the fee they pay and he just gave me a dirtylook. My life has been put on hold for 3 days because FedEx refuses to deliver a package to my address in North Saint Louis. FedEx claims to have made a delivery attempt. I have been home all day for the last 3 days! There has not been a delivery attempt I know this because there was no door tag. FedEx refuses to let me talk to a live person to find out why my package is not being delivered to me! I've been trying for over 30 minutes to talk to a live person. All I get is the robot telling me again the status update which I already know. I don't want to know the status update I want to know why my package is not being delivered! I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional encounter at the FedEx Service Center at 2735 Chouteau. The African-American light-skinned female working the counter at 3:50 pm on Friday, May 19th with a scarf tied on her head was not helpful and had a very nasty disposition. I requested a manager by the name that was listed on the wall but was told he was not there so I asked for the manager on duty. She left the counter to go get someone however, no one ever showed up after waiting 20 minutes. The most disgusting FedEx branch in the whole US. Beside the very rude staff. This branch refused a delivery that was send to be held at location, and not just that they refused it. They didn't even took the courtesy of calling to let me know they are refusing it! This branch need to be closed and all the staff need to be fired. Shame on you FedEx!! read more

The short blonde female worker is horrid person. Rude, spastic and complaining. No customer service from her at all. I walk in, and (after waiting for service for several minutes) say I'd like to mail a package. The guy at the counter pretty much tosses a roll of tape down and points at some boxes. "Fill out a form," and goes into the back room again. I'm filling out the form, and another guy comes in to pick up an order. He waits for a while until the employee comes back, and they do their thing. The guy gets his box-- it's in bad shape. Customer opens it on the spot, and there's a smashed Apple Watch inside. Not cracked, not scratched, absolutely obliterated. He asks the employee what he should do. "Call Apple." The customer asks what he should do HERE as far as noting that the package arrived this way. "Call Apple." Customer asks if they can PLEASE make a note that the package arrived crushed. Apple might blame him or whatever. "No. Call Apple." But it isn't Apple's fault. "Call Apple. You want me to say it again? Call Apple. The answer's not going to change. Call Apple." The rest of my experience with this employee is mediocre at best, but he isn't as obnoxious to me as to the other guy. Eventually another employee comes out. She's an angel, and the only reason I give this place 2 stars. Didn't catch her name. She had Cubs earrings on, can't be too many people that fit that description in St. Louis. read more

I've watched my new phone drive around the city now for 3 days saying out for delivery on a two day paid for shipment , I can't pick it up because it goes home with the driver every night, you can't speak with anyone in this country to get answer's, best of all I now have to pay for an 800 dollar phone with another carrier because the day to ship this phone back for refund was today but I can't cancel this service until FedEx gives me my phone so I can keep old phone, will FedEx reimburse me the 800 ? FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers seriously save my life. I always need them for work and I love that they can pretty much do anything you need as far as signage goes. I recommend planning using there self-service section to speed things up if you can. They can print on foam board or poster board of any size. The staff is extremely helpful friendly. I had to ship a broken mac back to Yelp HQ and they helped me figure everything out! read more

The company as a whole deserves a very low rating. They pretty much hire all these mindless people who get paid more than me at my retail job to tell people what they want to hear. I've had several miscommunication issues with people from FedEx, and because of that, I've lost money and other things. Their website is not even user-friendly, so I had a hard time getting around it. I am not technologically impaired, but I don't like speaking to a robot on the phone and I like a website where I get things done easily. If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is a joke... And I'm beginning to wonder if this company as a whole is. I was sent a gift from a friend via FedEx and I was out of town when they tried to deliver and then called to let my friend know I needed to pick up the package before Thursday. She told me the information but because I've had issues with communication with them in the past, I wanted to verify the date/time that I could pick up. So I called the local office to verify when I could pick up my package, they said by EOD on Thursday. Tried to go in at 2:30pm only to wait 30mins for them to not find my package and tell me it had been sent back to the sender at 10:30am. Talk to serval people at the facility and on the phone... But what was funny is at no point was I able to put in a complaint about the office because of all the troubles I've had. And let it be noted that this is not the first time I've had issues. The customer is always right... NOT HERE!!! Obviously customer service isn't their strong point because they clearly don't care about the customer. Only putting notes into the system when it's appropriate, not being able to stop a shipment when it has three days to arrive and just left the facility, etc... Beyond ridiculous. At this office in particular it would be nice if they would hire someone who knew what the heck was going on. read more

I strongly dislike shopping. It's mostly because people en masse make my right eye twitch, there's sometimes a headache, nosebleed, violent wall punching episode. I like shopping online. No fuss, no muss, no bulging forehead vein. EXCEPT when what ever I've ordered ships FedEx and is routed through this location. For some reason, the driver(s) out of this location won't/don't/or are too f'ing stupid to use a call box. My husband and I have called FedEx several times in the last few years to advise them that 1)There was absolutely NO delivery attempt made, and 2) We know, because if a delivery attempt had been made, our phone would have rang. I've actually waited by my phone all day long for a call from the call box - only to get a "deliver attempt made" text. For the love of all things holy, what the heck is this doo doo? The last time this happened (we're going on about a dozen delivery issues now), I called FedEx to tell them that their driver was shirking his one and only responsibility of delivering packages to the correct address at the correct time, and was repeatedly told "a delivery attempt was made at 3:43 pm" and when I responded "I was home, sitting here, waiting at 3:43 pm" I was told I could take the door tag to the FedEx location to pick up my package if I preferred, which was funny, because there was no door tag that I could distinguish as my own. See the driver leaves door tags - but there is never a name, or apartment number, or reason why the package wasn't left, just a tag, with a number, because the driver is an a-hole. Anyhoo, after sorting through the tags and figuring out mine based on tracking number (in project mayhem we have no names) I head over to the location of my package, where I find the whole room packed with people trying to pick up their undelivered package, and only 1 guy at the counter - and he clearly gives 0 f's about anyone there. Oh, and there's a guy in the back that he's having a casual conversation with while he's pretending to but not assisting customers. Here's the thing. Based off of the times of the supposed delivery attempt, it can only be concluded that the a-hole that's supposed to deliver to my neighborhood gets off around 4-4:30, and can't be bothered to press a button to call my apartment. That's just lazy, and he should be fired, and this happens on a continuous basis - but only through this location. Other FedEx drivers, they use the box, they get buzzed in, they deliver packages, you know...what they're paid to do. Because of this issue, I always order ahead, and just wait for USPS or UPS, and if those aren't options, I find what ever it is somewhere else. FedEx is forever tainted because of one lazy a-hole driver that can't be bothered to push a button. read more

Beware, they will not ship your package if your government-issued ID doesn't have your current address on it. I was turned away because my drivers license is from another state. This is apparently a new company policy. read more
