Everyone is so helpful and friendly when you walk into the store. I went specifically to have some custom printing done. Dave, the Print Manager, did a fantastic job for our daughter's upcoming memorial service. He created keepsake prints out of her artwork for folks to take, and reformatted a set of work remembrance pages that we will display. Thank you so much Dave! read more

Nice, knowledgeable people- well staffed. They meet your needs and answer any questions you may have without any unnecessary "upsell" tactics. I will continue to use them as any needs I have arise. read more

Fast friendly service. Employees go above Ann behind to follow your specific instructions. Most times I have Macy returns and Amazon returns and they also assist with tapping. read more

Great place to drop packages,or have them packed. They offer a variety of services. Printing brochures and a lot more. Friendly service. Located in downtown Kirkwood. read more

Switched here because the Des Peres location was so bad. The employees here revived my faith in UPS. Good job.

The friendliest and most helpful UPS location in town! I've been in several times needing help with labels and packaging and they will do it all for you. Or if you have a package to drop off, they are super speedy. Always friendly. read more

This location is a much better run location than the one in Des Peres. The employees & management are friendly and helpful.

This UPS store moved from one of the Manchester road locations but I have no idea which one to mark as "moved" on Yelp because there Is no "moved from" reference information on the store's website. Professional nice people that knew their stuff! I was quickly in and out of here and it was a good experience. read more

Genuinely friendly, professional and helpful UPS store. Full service location - mailboxes, shipping, packing, etc. Highly recommended!

HELLO UPS STORE! You are superbly normal and the best kind of mediocre. I mean, downtown Kirkwood is a fairly accessible area and you have a little bit of private parking. Which I'm into. If you like basic, than this UPS store is for you. They get the job done and nothing more. And let's face it, we all need a little basic in our lives. Thanks for being reliable UPS. I appreciate it. But maybe you could be open more. read more

I never write yelp reviews, but I had to write a good review for this shop because I will never go to another UPS store!!! This location and customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. David Davis, the Print Specialist there, made business cards for me and everyone in my company and he was so attentive to the details and my requests. He has been making them for my company since we opened last May. He is a perfectionist and now I will only order all our paper goods from him. He even personally delivered the cards to our company the other day, off the clock, and he absolutely did not have to do that, but that's just how great they are at this shop. Just OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend! read more

Recently visited this UPS location to return a small carton (10x12x8, 8lbs) to Amazon. Needed maybe a small amount (2 handfuls) of the "plastic peanuts" to secure the packaging. I was informed they would have to charge for it. This was about a 30 second task. Maybe. WTF! Great example of how to nickel & dime a customer! read more

Suzanne has been EXTREMELY helpful with shipping large items from Missouri to my home in San Diego. I will definitely use Kirkwood UPS in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ALL of your shipping! Robert -San Diego, CA read more

I had my daughter's birthday invitations printed here and it was a great experience. Dave was very helpful and patient in answering my questions when ordering. Pricing was the most reasonable I found. Turnaround was just a few hours. The invitations turned out perfect and they offered free envelopes when I picked them up! I'll be back! read more

I deeply appreciate the courtesy of these people. I've only been here twice in the last year, but each time I've had all three of my kids with me as well as several bulky boxes, and the people working here always go out of their way to help--holding the door or even taking the boxes from the car to the desk for me. They are very informative and answer questions readily. My kids always get smiles and usually stickers or bookmarks to take with them. I will go here every time over the post office down the street. read more

Store is charging $2 to print a UPS label, unless you do an 'email to friend' option. First, that's a ridiculous price for two mouse clicks and a single page print job. Second, I did do 'email a friend' and was still charged $2 a label. My advice, only use this store for drop offs. Don't use any for-fee or convenience services. I'll be going somewhere else from now on. read more

Want a company that is completely inconsistent and most likely will lose or deliver your package to the wrong house? What if I told you they will deny all responsibility for their mistakes and tell you to take your business elsewhere when asking for answers. 3 out of 5 experiences have gone negatively. We have been nothing but kind to these people and have even brought up baked sweets. Even that was not enough to get treated decently here. Suzanne will not take responsibility for the mistakes made by this store. If you have a package that has any importance what-so-ever, use another branch of UPS, fedex, or USPS... Heck I would probably hire a local paper boy and his bike to get an important package delivered over the UPS in kirkwood. I wish i could have given a score lower then 1 star, but sadly thats the lowest option. read more

I had to ship out a bunch of china from my parents' estate and the guys here really made the process as easy as it could be. The price wasn't phenomenal but as I stated it was a bunch of china and it needed to be well-protected; they were courteous in meeting me halfway when it came to the price. Upon receiving the china on the other end I was appalled at the level of care they took in packing everything. Yes, it was pricey to ship but these guys really know what they're doing. read more

The staff at this location is awesome! Two years in a row I've brought in close to 50 boxes of very perishable cookies to be delivered to clients at Christmas. I gave them an Excel spreadsheet with the shipping info and they took it from there. I cannot even begin to tell you what a relief it was to know that I didn't have to think about those cookies again until the thank you cards started rolling in. Thanks to Suzanne, Stu and the rest of the crew! read more

Unpleasant and unhelpful. Next time I'll just get the truck to pick the package up.

Always friendly service and efficient. I use this location for all my shipping needs, business and personal.

One of my coworkers had to give a presentation but left one of his materials at home and didn't have the means to print it in time. These guys helped print the booklet, bind it, and ship it quickly so he could get his presentation taken care of. I could not be more grateful. I can't imagine we would've landed this client without it. read more
