Very bad service and customer service !!!! I don't recommend this UPS store at all ! Worse UPS store The employee or I think the store manger sent my personal item as a commercial merchandise ! And address it to go to a business! And that after I explained to him clearly that this item is personal and I am sending it to my father. He caused us a lot of trouble and problems made us pay very high customs and tariff because the item was sent as a business merchandise!!! I paid to sent the item over night to Canada and it's been 13 days with no package. And when i went to the store to ask him for help and to fix the mistake he did also I followed with a phone call he wasn't helpful at all !!! read more

I cannot believe I'm dishing out five stars to the UPS store of all places, but they really came through for me in a big way. I had to ship 120 packages to 120 different places across the US, all in one mailing. It seemed really intimidating, and FedEx basically told me they couldn't handle it. When I called UPS, they didn't even flinch. They gave me the best solution imaginable: I could provide a spreadsheet for them with addresses, and they would completely handle the printing of the labels and the rest of the mailing process. Unbelievable! Dropping everything off was so easy, and they kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. They called me as soon as it was finished, and every recipient got their package in plenty of time. I was blown away by the team's professionalism here, and extremely grateful for their attention to detail. I'll be back in the future! read more

One of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. The son helped me overnight a small package and it was going to be over $90 and the father overheard the transaction as he was helping another customer and he told his son to give me a 20% discount for no other reason than to be polite and helpful. Both the father and son were extremely kind and courteous to every customer that walked through the door. This will be my go to ship center from here on out regardless of the discount I received! Follow up to the review of UPS Store Lamp and Lantern Village that I posted yesterday for reference. It has been two days since I delivered it to this store for packing and shipping. My customer sent me this: "Hey I contacted the UPS store listed and they said they never received the package from you. I spoke with a Matt who is at that location. I just got off the phone with him. He stated that it was called in to have a hold on the package. But that UPS has not received it" They then said "It seems this location has issues with its personnel I tried informing him that you had given me all info but he kept saying that they had not received the package" Now the customer thinks that I was lying about dropping the bass off at The UPS Store in Lamp and Lantern Village in Chesterfield MO Of course these statements alarmed my new customer. I then call UPS directly and they confirmed that the package had never left the store. So I called again and one of the staff said that they were packaging the bass for shipment as we spoke. I then asked for the owner who lied to me about saying the package was already packed. He then goes on and on about me for leaving my honest opinions and known facts is yesterday's Yelp! Reviews. He then wants to argue about how he wasn't paid?!? I told him that I no longer trusted him. He said in aloud angry voice "what do you want for me to do"? I said deliver the package back to my nearby home. Refused. I then said meet me in the parking lot. Refused. Then said that he woiuld leave it by the door. Bass could have been stolen. Took my package to another reputable UPS store, where they gave me the tracking number and estimated time of delivery so that my customer has realistic expectations. It's a shame in them for shaming me in writing. Not at all sophisticated in problem solving, meeting the customer where they are and demonstrating professionalism. I am appalled at their lack of reputable service to me on multiple fronts. read more

I love this store. Everybody is so pleasant and efficient. It never takes very much time to get even the most complex shipping done. I love how the parking is easy. But most of all, its because of their desire to help the customer have a great day! We need more of that in this world! read more

5/15/20-Ran in on a Friday afternoon during the pandemic to drop off a package that had a return label to Office Depot on it. There were two employees, 1 customer, and 1 UPS driver. None of them were wearing masks or social distancing. I waited my turn, placed the package on the counter and got out of there. Everyone was friendly and pleasant but I don't think they got the social distancing memo. read more

I had 2 Chinese lamps and an antique wooden chair that needed to be shipped from St Louis to Alexandria, VA. Kyle, the UPS Manager was thorough, thoughtful and assured me that all 3 pieces would arrive safely. They were all wrapped well with no tape on the 3 pieces, impressive! This is a fantastic UPS store located in Lamp and Lantern Village in Chesterfield. There is lots of easy parking. The owner, Kyle, is often physically present in the store but his staff is usually able to answer all my questions. They are very friendly and personable: I don't feel like just another customer. Service in the store is quick and goes smoothly, and I have never felt rushed. I ship cookies to my nephew in Tennessee frequently from here, and the cookies almost ALWAYS arrive to him the next day. I was chatting with Kyle and a staff member and found out I could get special return address labels with hummingbird design made there. This was a relatively new project for them and they worked very closely with me before presenting the final product which I love! Using this UPS store has consistently been 100% a positive experience! read more

Stopped into this location to quickly ship something to my son and get on with my Saturday. Kyle was more concerned with shaking my hand and learning about myself than helping me. It was inappropriate and creepy. He then struggled with shipping a package when he said he owned the store. How does a store owner not know who to ship a package at their store?Took 15 minutes. Very friendly, fast and convenient. The owner and employees are very personable and helpful. In response to Beth's review, as a fellow business owner..why would a business give you something free? At your job do you give away your companies products for free? I understand the tape YOU forgot was a small amount but for the employee to give his employers supplies away for free because he should feel sorry for you is theft and could result in an employee losing his job. My suggestion for you in the future is to be better prepared and expect nothing for free. Yelp reviews should be a rating and review of the business,employees and service, not on what YOU failed to do and how the business did not bail you out and not commit crimes for you. read more

This UPS store is absolutely amazing, and the owner, Jerry, is very accomodating. My wife went in last Thursday to set up a business mailbox for us. We found out the next day while applying for a business license that this store is not actually in Chesterfield, but the Town and Country jurisdiction. The price for a license in Town and Country was substantially higher than Chesterfield, so I reached out to Jerry to see if we could get a refund. I wasn't very hopeful, but he responded back quickly and said he would be willing to refund us everything besides the startup fee. I was shocked and very thankful, because I know he did not have to do that. Because he was so helpful with everything, I'm sad we are missing out on doing mailbox business with him.
