Extremely long lines every time I come. Lots of times it is out the door. That might be acceptable if they had more than one person working the counter every time. Terrible! Tracking showed "Delivered" but I have not received two items in a week. Instead, I have received not only neighbors' AMAZON packages but also my neighbor's bank statement and even a very important personal letter (I do not mention what it is)! Almost every week, I receive at least one wrong mail. And my neighbors receive mine. Filing complaints has done nothing, no improvement has shown. I have changed my delivery address to my friend's home where a different post office is in charge of delivery. read more

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS POST OFFICE! The carrier that delivers to my apartment complex is a fairly "decent guy," but a bit rude and obnoxious at the same time! The reason I am writing this reivew is because I have now gotten a continuous string of *SUSPICIOUS RED FLAGS regarding the carrier service OUT OF THE PINO OFFICE!. LAST JUNE I sent off for three college transcrips, (OUT OF STATE) . Two of them arrived, while the third DIDN'T!! I called the college, as I was told that they would send a duplicate. I NEVER GOT IT! Next, I had ordered something through the mail, as the packages were PROMPTLY SENT OUT! I had a parcial notice in my box claiming that I had THREE PACKAGES. OKAY,.. I got one of them but not the other two! - I called the post office, to be treated like an oblivious idiot, being told that there must have been a mistake on the notice, while the manager of the post office "CLAIMED" that he would investigate the situation. He came up with nothing. He said t"there were NO OTHER PACKAGES! Hmmm! SO, I waited awhile to see if the package would be re-redelivered,. NADA! SOO, I made a trip to the post office. LOW AND BEHOLD they found the packages and NOT WITH A SMILE! Then I came to learn through one of my credit card companies, that announcements (with GREAT COUPONS INCLUDED MIND YOU!!) went missing! Hmmm! Now, I have been waiting for a package that I ordered through my medical insurance, that SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AT LEAST TEN DAYS AGO! NEVER GOT IT! NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A NOTICE! So, I called my medical company to find out that the package WAS DELIVERED ON DECMEBER 31!! HMMM!! ..If that be the case, then why didn't the carrier put a notice in my box? When I have called the post office, I am nastily asked,.."ARE YOU SURE THAT THE SENDER PUT YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER ON THE ORDER SO IT CAN BE DELIVERED PROPERLY? IF IT DOESN'T HAVE YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER ON IT, WE WON'T DELIVER IT!" Hmmm, if your carrier knows you well enough, as your apartment complex is on his daily route, HE's GOING TO KNOW YOU EXIST AND WHAT APARTMENT YOU ARE IN IF BY CHANCE SOMEONE INADVERTENTLY MIGHT NOT HAVE PUT YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER ON THE LETTER OR PACKAGE! THIS HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE! MY APARTMENT NUMBER HAS BEEN ON ALL MY INCOMING MAIL!! As I moved to the west side last June, (of 2014) I thought being as conservative and clean as the neighborhood is in comparison to the other side of town where I was living, (that forced me to pay for a P.O. Box for six years!!) I was THINKING how wonderful it will be to be able to save $80 a year by not having to have a P.O. Box anymore! WISHFUL THINKING! WORST MISTAKE I MADE WAS GIVING UP MY P.O. BOX AT THE UPTOWN OFFICE! The Pino Office has NO INTEGRITY, as it's the most UNTRUST WORTHY and Unethical Post Office I have ever had to do business with! At present, i can't afford to purchase a new P.O. Box, as I sure as hell would NOT GET ON at the PINO OFFICE! I don't know what I am going to do about my postal service?? All I can say is,.. If you have another post office that you can do business with, possibly on your way to work, providing you with the comfort and safety of being able to afford to purchase a P.O. About My local post office on paradise. My package was missing for 7 or 8 days. And today it miraculously appeared in my mailbox. I find this very strange. It fell from the sky I suppose. They have been looking for it supposedly. I feel something is really wrong with this picture. The supervisor never called me as she said she would. I followed up three times. The postal employee who took my information a second time acted as if he did not care. I will tell the supervisor and of course I did not here from her.. I was in there on Nov. 20, 2019. And the next day a miracle happened. After supposedly looking for my package for one week. It fell from the sky. I feel they were keeping my package from me. And if this is the case. I want it fully investigated. It is against the law for a post office to keep your package from you. Not happy. I also advised USPS the company who sent my package is doing their own investigation. They paid for the shipping. And by some miracle my package was put in my mail box the next day. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. read more

There is usually only one counter clerk even though the line extends to the door due primarily to the extensive cluster box vandalism issue that began over a month ago. The postmaster has known about this issue since day one yet no increase in counter personnel, and to exacerbate the problem the window for mail pickup is rarely open. This is one of the most poorly managed post offices I've encountered, and if I had a choice I'd gladly try another location. read more

Our mail carrier last summer put a note on our mail box that said no one live at our address. Stood in line for 20 minutes to talk to a supervisor who found the same note on the sorting box. He said he would tell the carrier. after to more days of no mail we go back and find out the carrier was not told. Next issue was two shipments from Amazon that were delivered to our mail box , that we did not receive. WE believe the order is in a package box and asked if the carrier could open the box and look. This did not happen so I talked to a supervisor who said she would send someone out that afternoon and call me with the findings. Two day later and no call. read more

instead of delivering my package, these idiots have sent it to Columbus, Ohio TWICE now, it keeps going from ABQ to there and back again. I'm still waiting for it. The sender was in New York City, so I have no idea why it keeps going to Ohio. You can't get anyone to answer the phone - the phone number listed on Google is wrong (they ask for an access code), the phone number on the website is always busy. I would give a zero rating if it were possible. Residents are consistently complaining on Next Door sites about the poor service from the United States Post Office on Paradise (West Side). Misdelivered mail and packages occur everyday. Mail is misdelivered because of the same house number, but with different street names, totally different house numbers on the same street or just totally different addresses. How is it possible that the Rio Rancho Post Offices (Southern Blvd. & the other office on 528 and Coors does a much better job. Who is sorting the mail - machines or people. Why is it that when you put mail back in the mailbox that is not yours it is redelivered to you again the next day, and the next day? Why is it so difficult? Why shouldn't we be able to put checks, cash and gift cards in greeting cards without it being stolen? I would rather receive my mail a day or two later, but have better quality service. Well was sitting around all day waiting for a very important package to find out it was delivered but nobody ever knocked or rang my door bell (and it's a doorbell camera so I would know either way) and all they do is put a note in my mail box to go pick it up. I'd give this one zero stars if I could. Looked up the hours, which said closing time was 6 PM; went in at 5:15. Quite a few people were in there in line, door was propped open. Woman behind the counter shouts over their heads, "CLOSED!" I'm looking around, she hollers it out again. Everyone turns to look. Realizing it's me she bellowing at, I said that's not what the hours say online. She literally yells at me again, "YES IT DOES! CLOSED!" Then she screams out "what do you want to do! Send a package? get stamps?" I feel very uncomfortable, and say "no, I have some other business to do". She bellows out again, saying "then use the kiosk we're closed." I don't even know what the kiosk is, or if the kiosk can help me. This was embarassjng, rude and just plain awful. There were 20 people in there. I also would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!! The mail carrier continues TO LOSE MY PACKAGES .... recently she put the "locker key" in my mailbox but when I went to open the locker, the door WAS AJAR (in the locked position) and naturally the packages were not there!!!!! She has lost too many packages to even count and I have recorded several complaints with the associated tracking numbers .... I was even forced to put my mail on a "hold basis" for as long as I could (3 months) and now that I was forced to take the "hold mail" off, she has AGAIN LOST AT LEAST TWO PACKAGES within a few weeks!!!!! I have written to the USPS but still THEY DO NOTHING and my packages are either lost or stolen ..... there is only one common factor to my issues .... and it is THE MAIL CARRIER!!!!! read more

I stopped going to this location. Some clerks are friendly and others are not especially at the end of the day. They fool around and are slow all day and then rush and are rude to you right before closing. I hate this location. I have been using another one. When I must call this location about mail delivery which is often since our carrier delivers mail to everyone but the address it is addressed to. We deliver each others mail! The person I speak with at Pino is rude and acts like he doesn't believe you. Have many problems with the carrier in Ventana Ranch. Even calling doesn't do much good. If these people can't take the initiative to see that mail is delivered correctly they should quit the job and give it to someone that needs one. I have my mail spread all over the neighbor hood since there are 3 house numbers the same but the streets are different. We need another post office in this area with more friendly people and carriers that can read. read more

We have ask the Post Office to change our NDCBU's(mail Boxes) locks because we are finding that our community mail is being stolen. NO..............results!!!! They are taking there time!!! MAIL is their main concern. Fix the D**n boxes. read more

I have resided in the same home for 25+ years and I'm feed up with my carrier. She, yes she, is anything but considerate, accommodating and friendly. Over the last 6 months she has left nasty handwritten notes, preprinted notes and refused to leave our mail on numerous occasions. She missed delivered mail to my home belonging to an adjacent street. I noted mis delivered on the envelope and put it back in my mailbox for her to pick up. I received a handwritten note 2 days later stating I was guilty of defacing us mail and subject to a fine and possibly imprisonment. Then our neighbor had multiple workman at their home, all of which parked legally on the street. She refused to deliver all of the neighbor's mail who had vehicles in front of them. We can't control who parks on the street. She most recently refused to deliver my mail because a vehicle was parked across the driveway curb while delivering my 94 yr old wheelchair bound mother to my home. However, she did leave a pre printed note taped to the vehicles door about not blocking mailboxes. Why couldn't she also leave the mail??? She is just plain mean. I drove to the post office immediately. I was feed up. I asked for the post master who was on a phone call and unavailable. I was asked to leave my name and number and told he would call. No call that day or today. However, the post office employee I spoke to was very pleasant and indicated she had a very good idea of who my complaint was with. Apparently I'm not the only TAX PAYER disgusted with the poor attitude of this postal carrier. If she so hates her job perhaps she should retire. I feel her duty to deliver the mail is second to her satisfying self indulging hatefulness. And shame on the postmaster for not following up read more
