It's usually the same gentleman behind the counter, and he answers questions with patience and a smile. The building is very small so there may be a few services this location doesn't do but so far everything we've needed (including sending registered mail) has been a breeze, and they do have P.O. Boxes. The building is actually on 4th Street so its easy access and parking is along the North side, as well as in the lot behind. Note they're closed for lunch from 11:30-12.

Sadly the staff does not take any responsibility or accountability. I had time sensitive documents that I mailed in their 1-3 Priority Mail, I paid $105.00 for four mailings to California. The expected delivery date was June 3, 2026 for all four envelopes. Three of the envelopes arrived in CA on Monday June 1, 2026 and one of these was actually delivered on June 1, 2026, the other two are sitting in San Francisco to be delivered on June 3, 2026. Unfortunately the envelope that had a very time sensitive loan payoff is still sitting in a bin at the main post office in Albuquerque, NM three days later. I explained to the postal employee that helped me mail the envelopes that was time sensitive. When I tracked the envelopes and found the envelope with the loan payoff still sitting Albuquerque, I talked to a lady at the Pino Post Office first thing this morning June 2, 2026. I showed her the tracking status and I said this envelope should be in California like the other envelopes, she told me "There is no guarantee that it will get to its destination in 1-3 days." I said the other three did, they were mailed at the same time, and I believe the Post Office should send it overnight mail to CA. She said we don't do that, I said let me speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, checked the system's photograph of the envelope and said the label and written address were good and in tact. I asked him if he could get someone to look for the envelope and mail it overnight mail at the Post Office expense since it was their error. He said no, that the post office building was to big and that they would not pay for overnight mail. Then he said "Why didn't you mail it overnight mail to start with." I said, would it make a difference if it got lost or misplaced like the current envelope would it be any different? He said "No". I asked him if the Post Office takes any responsibility or accountability, he didn't answer. I am sending this review to upper management in the U.S. Post Office. The supervisor at the Pino Post Office was a tall, black man, with a shaved head, the employee was a Hispanic lady.

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but this experience left me so disappointed. I had to send a package out for something I sold. I had a prepaid label. Sure I could've dropped it straight in the drop off but I wanted a receipt to have proof I sent it off in case there's any discrepancies later. The staff was very rude. They refused to help me instead referred me over to the kiosk. The kiosk wasn't scanning my package and wouldn't let me get a receipt. Again I got in line for the person to send me back. I told him it didn't work and so he told me he'd meet me at the kiosk. At that point it was like I was asking him to climb Mount Everest or something because I could tell he didn't like I bothered him to do his job. He met me at the kiosk and basically acted like I was an idiot and did everything on the screen I'd done previously. Afterwards I tried scanning the package. It didn't seem to want to scan at first. Finally it scanned and I got my receipt the guy then took off. Horrible customer service! I'll definitely avoid coming to this location next time I need to send something out since no one there clearly wants to be there. I get better service at Walmart sadly.

Several times Ive had tracking show that a package was delivered to the Los Vigils community box and they werent there. One time 5 packages were tracked on the same day. None showed. I filed an APD report and one with USPS. I left letter to the mail carrier informing them with copies of the reports. The day after all 5 packages showed up. 8 full days after tracking showed they arrived. This has occured more than once. Its not to hard to figure who us stealing the packages or not doing their job is it?

Also since UPS closed both of their company locations a while ago I can only drop shipments off at a UPS Store. Staff always seem to be in a great mood, maybe due to how the managers run the show. I was a staff sgt in the army and happy troops come with good leadership that cares about them. Yes, there is a UPS Store closer to work but I am in and out of this place so fast I am staying with them. They also have a dolly out front if needed that I dont see at other sites where you have to ask for them to pull it out. Again, I cant say enough about how great the staff and service are at this store. More companies should be run like this. I will be with them for the next 20 years.
