It's usually the same gentleman behind the counter, and he answers questions with patience and a smile. The building is very small so there may be a few services this location doesn't do but so far everything we've needed (including sending registered mail) has been a breeze, and they do have P.O. Boxes. The building is actually on 4th Street so its easy access and parking is along the North side, as well as in the lot behind. Note they're closed for lunch from 11:30-12.

I was unaware that my package that was being delivered required a signature and I was at work so I…read moremissed the delivery. They left a slip on my door which I then used the link provided to reschedule to be redelivered on a day I would be home. Not only did I waste my whole day waiting for a package that was never redelivered, I filed a complaint online. Someone reached out to me via email and phone call telling me to come to the post office to pick it up. I drove to the post office where they said my package was not there and asked me to provide my contact information so that they could call me if the carriers found my package. A week went by with no phone call. I then checked my tracking number again and it said it was being sent to the original sender... I called customer service and told them that I was never contacted that my package was found, and they told me to drive back to the USPS office to see if it hasn't been shipped off yet. I went to the USPS office and once again they said they couldn't locate it and that it was probably already shipped back to the sender. I contacted the sender and she said she could ship it back to me but that I would have to pay for shipping, it was $60 since it was from out of the country... I continued to contact customer service and ask if they would be able to reimburse but to have my package shipped back to me again. They said there was nothing they could do since it was already shipped back. I already paid $60 to have it shipped the first time and will now have to pay another $60 for it be shipped again... who knows if i'll even get the package once it's delivered for the second time. The package is worth over $300. This place sucks do not recommend.

After mailing a very important package to China, paying a high postage amount, then losing the receipt 5 minutes later, I returned to the Post Ofc searching the grounds to see if I dropped it. What a disaster because the package was extremely important and had to be tracked. After speaking with Supervisor Mel (rude, impersonal and uncaring), who finally directed me back to Mr. Brown who searched the computer and reprinted the receipt. Thank you Mr. Brown - you saved me from what could have been a horrible experience had the package not made it to China. You are a wonderful shining star!

I've used this post office station for the past five years. The lobby clerks are always courteous…read moreand strive to be efficient, especially during high volume time in the winter holiday season. Sometimes, there's a clerk in the lobby with her own portable desk. She's always enthusiastic and effective in helping. The line for picking up mail is always separate from the one for purchasing services. All that aside, the line for picking up mail can be the longest ever when neighborhood mailboxes have been vandalised! So far, I've not had to stand in that very sad line; and I haven't seen anymore of those for a long time. I'm glad that the mailboxes in my neighborhood have been replaced to prevent any future thievery. I'm very sorry for those who've had their mail stolen or lost. What I've had difficulty with is the automated package mailing machines. They require a PIN# for the credit card payment which I don't know or use normally. It requires a bit of USPS knowledge of the size and kind of package I'm mailing. I've goofed up on this several times and have had my packages returned. So, I avoid those machines, unless I just need to purchase stamps. I'm glad to say I normally can buy those at the desk. Finally, I believe all the clerks at this station strive to be courteous and caring in what they do. I appreciate the consistency of service they've offered me at the front desk. When the postal servers are out and about, they respond positively when I've waved HI or have a brief question.

Went there yesterday and she refused my service even though I got there on time then a person came after the closing time and he got to do what he needed to. Kim then helped another customer that did not have a taped package and told her " in the future have it taped" yet yesterday she refused service because mine was not taped. Kim should not be working if she doesn't treat all customers the same.

I like that this post office has a kiosk to buy stamps and mailing things out can be quite easier…read morethan most other post offices, but if one is picking up mail or anything else, one has to wait forever. I came in yesterday because I paid for a mailbox online and was going to get the key, but the woman at the desk was very rude and wouldn't give me the key because my driver's license had a different address. I showed her my renter's lease and identification but she said that she couldn't help me. I couldn't get a better reason than that, and it frustrated me, so I left. I haven't had my heart race in annoyance before, and I needed to get out of her negative energy. So, I left. I have to get a mailbox soon, so I have to go back, I just hope that I don't run into that again.

At the post office they told me it came badly sealed from the sender. That doesn't make sense because they were 2 confidential letters from 2 different senders and those were the only ones opened. The rest of my mail that day was not open or tampered with. This proves it was opened after the photo was taken.

Asking a question or for service is obviously annoying not what he wants to do. You almost think he goes out of his way to be rude if I hadn't had him the last time I was there. Attempted to talk to the manager...actually not much better.....and then, unfortunately, I went to their level. I have lived in this village for 33 years... we use to have wonderful people there. I will NEVER ago back into that obnoxious rude place again.
