He is an incredible young man; his customer service is the best we have received in years. Issac is friendly, kind, and very efficient. He is always willing to provide the best service with genuine care; it would be great if there were more employees like him. Although we couldn't get the license right then--due to an issue where a document wasn't accepted by the system--he kindly explained what happened and helped us start the process to resolve the problem so we could eventually obtain the license. He then introduced us to his supervisor, Jose, who was also very kind and guided us on how to fix the situation, inviting us to return to the office to complete the process once the document issue was resolved. Both Jose and Issac were incredibly considerate and encouraging, making themselves available to help us in any way possible to successfully complete our application. People like them restore our faith in customer service; they are both excellent individuals dedicated to serving others. Manuel was our guy and he was SO HELPFUL!!! We have some issues with licenses/power of attorneys and he gave us every list of what we needed, every form of what we even might need as a just in case, and a step by step of how to get everything done. Usually you sit around for hours, have false hopes when they call the next number and you leave more frustrated than you walked in. Not today. I came because I somehow lost my daughters birth certificate. (No surprise when you consider the source) I was panicking because I need it for this weekend. I looked it up online, they open at 8:00am and it's first come, first serve. So I look at the clock and damn, it's already 8:40am. I pull up right around 9:15am. I pull a number, fill out the application, write out a check and mentally prepare myself to sit for the next few hours. Again.... not today. There were 5 people ahead of me but they are VERY efficient and if you have all of your documentation in order, get you in and out in no time. It is now 9:40am and I'm walking out the door with a certified birth certificate. Tip: come early, when I left there were about 15 people waiting. The staff is courteous and helpful and I would recommend this DOH office to anyone instead of driving all the way up to Santa Fe.

I was unaware that my package that was being delivered required a signature and I was at work so I…read moremissed the delivery. They left a slip on my door which I then used the link provided to reschedule to be redelivered on a day I would be home. Not only did I waste my whole day waiting for a package that was never redelivered, I filed a complaint online. Someone reached out to me via email and phone call telling me to come to the post office to pick it up. I drove to the post office where they said my package was not there and asked me to provide my contact information so that they could call me if the carriers found my package. A week went by with no phone call. I then checked my tracking number again and it said it was being sent to the original sender... I called customer service and told them that I was never contacted that my package was found, and they told me to drive back to the USPS office to see if it hasn't been shipped off yet. I went to the USPS office and once again they said they couldn't locate it and that it was probably already shipped back to the sender. I contacted the sender and she said she could ship it back to me but that I would have to pay for shipping, it was $60 since it was from out of the country... I continued to contact customer service and ask if they would be able to reimburse but to have my package shipped back to me again. They said there was nothing they could do since it was already shipped back. I already paid $60 to have it shipped the first time and will now have to pay another $60 for it be shipped again... who knows if i'll even get the package once it's delivered for the second time. The package is worth over $300. This place sucks do not recommend.

After mailing a very important package to China, paying a high postage amount, then losing the receipt 5 minutes later, I returned to the Post Ofc searching the grounds to see if I dropped it. What a disaster because the package was extremely important and had to be tracked. After speaking with Supervisor Mel (rude, impersonal and uncaring), who finally directed me back to Mr. Brown who searched the computer and reprinted the receipt. Thank you Mr. Brown - you saved me from what could have been a horrible experience had the package not made it to China. You are a wonderful shining star!
