This is a very efficient and professional UPS office. I go there regularly to have things shipped, mailed, and copied. They just remodeled the inside to make things easier for all to access. I visited this location to make 3 copies of numerous documents and had the best experience. Sammie immediately stepped up to help me, kept my many documents organized, and helped me unstaple and restaple document packets all with a smile on their face and a mission to help. Sammie even stepped away a few times to help other customers and was so efficient that it didn't interrupt my printing at all. I ended up with 353 pages printed and I left in a better mood than I came in with. Sammie provided great customer service and care, 10/10 would return for any future needs. read more

I would give a 0 if I could. My package was returned due to weather in another state. No one called to tell me my package was sent back to them. I called and they told me I had to pay to reship it. The manager was out of the building and I was told I would receive a call back. Well it is now 3 days later and I am still waiting. I have not gotten a call back from anyone and they do NOT answer their phone. I am not in the state so I am not able to go to their store. I called UPS and they said no that was not correct and it should be just resent by them with the same tracking number at NO COST TO ME or the store!! Also just reshipped my package via USPS and it cost me $6.30 when UPS charged me $11.98. NEVER will I use UPS. read more

This store is awful!! I dropped off Amazon gift returns at this store and they gave me a receipt with tracking. This store never sent my items back to Amazon! They must have stolen these items. The tracking numbers on my receipt have no associated data when I try and track the returns. When I called I called the store to inquire about these items, the employee at the store told me that Amazon had a secret way to look at the tracking and that I had to contact Amazon. Then she hung up on me, twice! Totally unacceptable customer service! read more

The manager Kumar and his staff are very friendly, fast and helpful. Run, run, run to either FedEx or USPS just don't stop at UPS! Shipped 3 boxes from here, UPS destroyed 2 of the 3 boxes. When we didn't hear anything we tracked the shipments, since neither the store or UPS had the civility to call the customer and say we are sorry. Called UPS and they said not their problem call the store. Called the store and they said Oh Yeah UPS notified us but we are waiting on forms from UPS then we would have let you know, again never the words we are sorry. The boxes were insured, what about that? We have to wait for the forms once we get those we'll call you. (Don't call us we'll call you attitude, sorry for intruding) They have absolutely 0 customer attention. read more

I called these guys in a crisis - I needed tri-fold brochures printed and delivered to a nearby hotel for a conference and the print shop that had been doing all my work had major equipment failure and could not complete the order. I had literally ZERO notice to give, it was near the end of the business day and the order was needed the very next day. Rick and Mark came through for me! I called them and explained the situation, and that I would need the brochures delivered ASAP to the hotel. I got an email from my contact at the conference that they received the order HAND DELIVERED at about 11:30 PM! And although I have not seen them myself, I was told the brochures looked great! And all of this for a fraction of what it would have cost to have FedEx/Kinkos do it. Why would anyone go anywhere else? read more

While waiting for a customer to be finished with a print job, three other people came in after me. Even though the employees knew what I was waiting for, everyone who came in after me got helped ahead of me, using the computer I was waiting for. After waiting over 15 minutes and still not getting any service, I left and will not be back. read more

OMG!!!! Needed to get a critical box shipped to Boston for Next Day Saturday delivery. Cost was $243. You would think that should get it there the next day. Nope! Lost! UPS did not know where it was for three days then it just showed up in Boston. The UPS store said they had file a claim on our. Half with UPS and they would send us a refund in 7-10 business days. Got the refund but it was only $211. Hmmmm?? Kumar the owner of the store said it was for fuel etc "its all in the agreement you signed when you shipped". You would think Kumar would make it right, but he refused to service the customer and would rather "follow the rules". I can't believe UPS nor Kumar would make this right. I suggest FedEx for your next shipment or USPS flat rate boxes (unlimited weight and get there in two days). read more

Went to the store and unfortunately due to carpet/fixture install, I was not able conduct my business. However, the staff met me before the entering the store and offered suggestions. From what I understand, the store was only impacted for about 6 to 7 hours. Otherwise, the crew is spot on. I'll cut them slack. read more
