As a result, I have complained before and now again. Every three months I am given a stack of 6-8 letters that have been sitting there, unscanned, and despite my going in every Thursday or so to pick up parcels. Because of their inability to do what your company promises (24 hours between scan/pick up), I have got a package sent to me in May that was give n to me in October. Today, the fourth time this bulk late delivery has happened, there was a notice from my car insurance from Feb. Another from Income support in November. A notice from my health care that a mammogram had found a lump - on Feb 5th. There is no excuse.
