We ordered business cards and we never got them... Here is our story. Our goal was to keep all our business local to help our local economy... But to our surprise they were not done locally but sent to Albuquerque them they sent them to Phoenix. That was ok... Except we asked them to call when they received them because we needed them May 3. Well, they got them on April 29, they didn't call and my husband called them just before they closed but couldn't deliver them and we were going to be out if town and couldn't pick them up before May 2 so we asked them to mail them. Well when we arrived home and checked the mail late Friday, no pkg, Saturday, no pkg... So Monday we went to the business to see what happened and to our shock and surprise, the owned had trashed them, saying, I didn't think you wanted them, we wanted to deliver them to your house on Wednesday and you said no. Our reply was that we were not going to be home because and we didn't want them sitting on our porch for 3 days while we were gone. We were in shock, totally floored, and asked several times: You are joking, you really didn't throw them away did you? We really need them . The owner was very rude, stated he had threw them away and that was the end of it. To say the least we left in total shock that anyone would conduct business on this way. I strongly advise to never do business with them, EXTREMELY poor customer service! read more

I could not be happier with the service at Allegra Printing and Imaging. While on holiday I had an urgent matter that I had to attend to, which involved printing a large volume of paper from two PDF files. [Big national printing and shipping company] could not help me as their "self service" machines could not handle the job, and unfortunately the staff at [big national printing and shipping company] could not figure out how to print two PDF files onto paper. Our business used Allegra for years. They designed and printed all our business cards as well as various brochures. I was planning to send out a mailing of 500 folded advertising pieces. I had intended to have Allegra print them and then we would fold and stamp them and affix address labels. When I ordered these, one of the staff informed me they could fold, stamp and address these cheaper than I could buy 500 stamps. So I gave them a file of the addresses and Allegra mailed them out.
