Paper Tiger is outstanding. Period. Their level of service and care for customers is untouchable. They always go out of their way to go above and beyond for any job that I have given them, large or small. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted by Tammy, Paul, John, Phil, or one of the local, friendly staff members. Being a student, it is important that I save money, and Paper Tiger has always given me a price that beats the competition by a TON, no joke. Money saved? Check! Friendly service? Check! OUTSTANDING quality? Check! FAST delivery? YOU BETCHA! A personal story: I am guilty of needing things at the last minute. Most students are. Of course, I also love instant gratification, I mean, who doesn't? I needed to have certificates and a banner printed for my sorority and I went to Paper Tiger first, having used them for other jobs in the past. Paul and Phil told me that they could have it done, designed and printed, in a day. I thought to myself, "Yes! Perfect. A day isn't half bad." Little did I know that they would call me in 2 hours with the job done and ready to be picked up!! I have printed banners, business cards, and just gone in for a few copies. I know I'm not the only one who thinks that they are the best in not only Santa Fe, but the state of New Mexico. Thank you, Paper Tiger! read more

Paper Tiger could not have been more accommodating of my rush request to print three posters on foam core for a family event. Calling from out of state, I received courteous, fast service on time for the family event. Phil was accommodating and professional; I don't understand some prior negative reviews because my experience was top notch. read more

Paper Tiger responded well when I walked in with a job that needed more time than I had. I was trying to get a program printed for a celebration. I was able to get them a file for the program within the hour and they were able to squeeze the job in and get it to me when I needed it. I really appreciated their willingness to get this job done for me. I would definitely use them again. read more

Though usually very 'positive' .. Am calmer now .. having picked up flyers I had printed at Paper Tiger, which took #1 day shy of three weeks .. to be ready!!!! Having taken a #50% deposit for the job .., I call this 'unfair dealing'.. read more

If you need to copy architectural drawings, don't do it here. I ordered a set of drawings here, and a copy of the same drawings, to scale, from Reproductions Inc in Tucson Arizona. The set in Tucson was $20.00, the exact same to scale set from Paper Tiger was $200.00. We are used to paying more for things in Santa Fe, but this was ten times more. How do you justify that? In my case, I wanted three sets, the cost was $635.00. I could have have gotten those three sets from Reproductions Inc in Tucson for $60.00 and FedEx'd them to Santa Fe for $40.00 and saved $500.00. Everyone agrees that buying locally is good, but that does not mean that the local vendors should fleece you. read more

Prices are a bit on the high side but the quality of work is good. I've been in there a couple of times they were busy and the staff looked stressed and showed it when dealing with customers. I'll still use them but I'll be planning on not being rushed to get quick service. read more

Forget this place!!! Customer service is terrible! Totally ignored for over 5 minutes and then rudely told they could not be of help to me. Do yourself a favor: forget this place and look elsewhere. read more

I brought my Windows formatted thumb drive to print a pdf document. The lady working there couldn't or wouldn't open it. She insisted that my thumb drive is defective. I went to Kinkos and there was no problem with the file coming up on my thumb drive. I also asked for regular business envelopes and they just showed me loose envelopes that were a weird size that I could barely insert an 8 1/2" by 11" folded letter. I will never go back there. read more

I have worked with Phil Baca and Paper Tiger for my printing needs as marketing manager at The Santa Fe Opera. Throughout my career, I have worked with many different printers, and Paper Tiger is one of the best printers I have used. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. They do a variety of printing on a wide range of materials. Their work is high quality. We have used them for banners, oversize boards, flyers, and everything in between. They are reliable and jobs are always completed when promised. Working with Phil and the Tiger team has been a no-hassle experience and every time I walk in I am treated with respect. I know my print job is in great hands with Phil and his team. It is our great pleasure to support local businesses and Paper Tiger is top notch! I highly recommend them. read more

I had my wedding programs printed here, and they turned out better than expected! I had an issue with a background color not saving properly in PDF format, and Deb added exactly what I wanted and printed on high quality paper. The prices are more than reasonable, the staff is very nice and helpful, and I will definitely go here to have more done. read more

$40 upcharge to use a USB because I didn't have hard copies to make transparencies. If there's any evidence of excellence, I'm not seeing it. Mansplained and patronized my assistant. Disgusting. read more

Phil and he crew at Paper Tiger know what they're doing, and they do a great job. I've seen what other customers bring and the range of jobs they do, both big and small, and from what I can tell, they knock it out time after time. I've had brochures, greeting cards, pamphlets, posters and so much more printed here, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly, with a rockstar attitude. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my output. Paper Tiger has been my print shop secret weapon for more than seven years. They know how to work with professionals, deliver on-time, and their output is high-quality, Highly recommended. read more

Looking for customer service? Look elsewhere. Walked in, guy behind counter ignored me, another lady finally acknowledged me after a few minutes, seemed nice and was being helpful but soon left. Stood there for a while but no follow up. Finally just left. I understand people are busy producing jobs but when a new customer walks in they should at least be immediately greeted and tended to in a somewhat timely fashion. You never know the kind of future business someone can bring. read more

Phil Baca at Paper Tiger was called in in at the tail end of a difficult project/brochure design that our graphics person had failed to do correctly. I was really in a panic, and clueless about how to fix it on my end (I'm a Keller Williams Realtor, not a graphic designer). Phil was patient, helpful, walked me through some very elementary steps and then very quickly got both the design and printing done in a hurry and without any drama. I will definitely recommend the company and Phil to my colleagues. read more

Every year it seems I am in a rush to print the Memory/Year Book for the KIVA program. Last year the Sustainability Class and Life Skills classes added to it. Robert always makes sure it looks good and gets it out on time for our end of year program presentations. It will be the same again this year. read more
