If you need to copy architectural drawings, don't do it here. I ordered a set of drawings here, and a copy of the same drawings, to scale, from Reproductions Inc in Tucson Arizona. The set in Tucson was $20.00, the exact same to scale set from Paper Tiger was $200.00. We are used to paying more for things in Santa Fe, but this was ten times more. How do you justify that? In my case, I wanted three sets, the cost was $635.00. I could have have gotten those three sets from Reproductions Inc in Tucson for $60.00 and FedEx'd them to Santa Fe for $40.00 and saved $500.00. Everyone agrees that buying locally is good, but that does not mean that the local vendors should fleece you. read more

Prices are a bit on the high side but the quality of work is good. I've been in there a couple of times they were busy and the staff looked stressed and showed it when dealing with customers. I'll still use them but I'll be planning on not being rushed to get quick service. read more

They always go out of their way to go above and beyond for any job that I have given them, large or small. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted by Tammy, Paul, John, Phil, or one of the local, friendly staff members. Being a student, it is important that I save money, and Paper Tiger has always given me a price that beats the competition by a TON, no joke. Money saved? Check! Friendly service? Check! Of course, I also love instant gratification, I mean, who doesn't? I needed to have certificates and a banner printed for my sorority and I went to Paper Tiger first, having used them for other jobs in the past. I brought my Windows formatted thumb drive to print a pdf document. The lady working there couldn't or wouldn't open it. She insisted that my thumb drive is defective. I went to Kinkos and there was no problem with the file coming up on my thumb drive. I also asked for regular business envelopes and they just showed me loose envelopes that were a weird size that I could barely insert an 8 1/2" by 11" folded letter. I had an issue with a background color not saving properly in PDF format, and Deb added exactly what I wanted and printed on high quality paper. Looking for customer service? Look elsewhere. Walked in, guy behind counter ignored me, another lady finally acknowledged me after a few minutes, seemed nice and was being helpful but soon left. Stood there for a while but no follow up. Finally just left. I understand people are busy producing jobs but when a new customer walks in they should at least be immediately greeted and tended to in a somewhat timely fashion. You never know the kind of future business someone can bring. read more

Phil Baca at Paper Tiger was called in in at the tail end of a difficult project/brochure design that our graphics person had failed to do correctly. I was really in a panic, and clueless about how to fix it on my end (I'm a Keller Williams Realtor, not a graphic designer).
