Took in my 2019 iMac for a free diagnosis. I'm a techie and had an idea what was wrong, but they checked other possibilities, backed up the account on the machine to avoid accidental loss, and spent literally hours pursuing the problem, which turned out to be a hardware failure. 2) They gave me a quote for the repair, but it was too high for my budget. In fact this was going to be a spare Mac, since I just got the new Mac Studio, so I don't really need it and wasn't ready to spend that much. I could understand why the price was high: iMacs from that year aren't made to be repaired. I dislike Apple's closed architecture (literally closed in this case), but that's the way they are. 3) I declined the repair and took the iMac home. No charge, no hard feelings. And then I thought -- why don't I shop here? They seem like they care about their customers. I used to drive to the Apple Store down in ABQ for all my Apple needs but I decided to check things out here and -- I got new Airpods Pro Max -- was cheaper than anywhere else, still wear them, that was maybe 6 months ago. Then I got an iPad for my mom, also got me a great price -- they do price matching too so I got a great price on it. I got the Best Buy Plus membership and card and that saved me a bunch of money as they have cheaper rates for members and cash back so I think I already paid for the price of the membership like 12 years ahead. Then I was looking for a Macbook Pro -- an important purchase -- and Nick helped and was so gracious and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed at a terrific price. It was the perfect machine and I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me. Then I also got myself a pair of the new Airpods Pro 4 -- it was also really great because first I thought I didn't need the noise cancellation -- but then after buying I realized that the Airpods with no noise cancellation didn't have Transparency Mode either. And while I rarely use Noise Cancelation, I very much need Transparency! Went and exchanged it the next day -- no problem at all. And also as a Plus Member I get 60 days of returns so it feels good that I can try stuff out and return if it doesn't work out. Every employee I encounter was very helpful and kind. So, yeah I'm customer for life -- it feels good to be able to try things out and deal with pleasant and trustworthy people who are trying to help you -- I bought 4 things here -- and every one of them was an unimaginably good deal that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. And I guess it's in the name -- Best Buy so it all connects. I've had my eye on a new washing machine/dryer next, I know where I'll coming for that. And when my veteran 8 year old TCL TV dies -- which it will probably never do! =) But, yeah, I had a great experience here and with getting great authentic advice, quality products, easy returns, and GREAT prices -- this can't be beat. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them because of their business practice. Dotfoil was able to solve a software problem, temporarily. Their solution ultimately caused a greater problem. Knowing of this possibility they kindly offered a refund. I have called and emailed several times requesting this refund. Dotfoil do not respond. Dotfoil may or may not choose to refund my money. That is their choice. But ignoring a customer is not good business practice. I'm not one to criticize, but I must say, buyer beware. This is apparently not an honorable company. Update: The owner finally responded after weeks of requests. That's better business practice. Unfortunately the owner missed the point. The issue was not Microsoft/Apple incompatibility. The issue was Dotfoil's failure to respond to my request for the refund they offered. Technically competent. Communications skills not so much. 2 stars.

When I walked in, using a cane, Ibwas immediately recognized by Michael, who ran and retrieved my order of four acrylic stands. While at the register, he was incredibly kind; even going the extra mile to grab my four flyers that were bagged in my passenger seat, whichbwas extraordinary. He then placed one in the stand and showed it to me, as it looked incredible. After we talked a bit, I found out his passion for music, as he's a gifted drummer from Minnesota. I told him of my experience there in Austin, Minnesota; as I pitched a professional baseball game their in a hot, muggy, insect infested summer of 1997. He knew quite well what I was talking about. Michael was an extraordinary employee and all executive management should be aware of how this employee treats your customer's, as he was exquisite, thorough, and extraordinary (to say the least.
