I was having to replace those printers every year. We have several medical clinics and we have been dealing with SF Business Products for over a decade with our printers lasting 7 or so years before replacing. Billy and the staff give very personal, friendly and professional service.

This store does not stand behind its promises. Do not go here. The web site denied an adjustment, saying the delivery was "on time". I went back to the store. After 10 minutes or so of investigation, the manager said the person who sold me the service made a mistake in telling me 10:30; for residential delivery, he said, the time is 12:00. He refused to compensate me in any way; he was "sorry" and they would "try to do better in the future". In other words, the store promised me a product, failed to deliver it, and refused to compensate me for their failure.
