Incompetent , rude and liars. Lost my wooden art piece by not wrapping it properly so in the jostle of delivery, it broke out and the delivered an empty box. Would not make it good. Ups gave the insurance money, but owner refused to give full refund for packing and shipping as he said early on. Very evasive and I had to drive 300 miles since he would not respond only to gave the new owner be rude and also incompetent to settle the issue. After almost two months they sent me $25 of the $75 I paid them for the bad wrap. I gad to recreate the piece and pay an additional $75 to ship it, but this time did my own packing. Beware of this unfriendly and incompetent business. read more

Used this place one time because it was close to home. Never again. They tally your shipping up with a ticker-tape calculator, take your money, and then you don't get any sort of tracking number or even a receipt that proves you gave money to them. It seems that they then take your items over to the actual post office and mail them. The item mailed never made it to the intended recipient and I lost out on the money they paid for it. read more
