Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. After 10 minutes or so of investigation, the manager said the person who sold me the service made a mistake in telling me 10:30; for residential delivery, he said, the time is 12:00. He refused to compensate me in any way; he was "sorry" and they would "try to do better in the future". In other words, the store promised me a product, failed to deliver it, and refused to compensate me for their failure.

Every three months I am given a stack of 6-8 letters that have been sitting there, unscanned, and despite my going in every Thursday or so to pick up parcels. Because of their inability to do what your company promises (24 hours between scan/pick up), I have got a package sent to me in May that was give n to me in October. Today, the fourth time this bulk late delivery has happened, there was a notice from my car insurance from Feb. Another from Income support in November. A notice from my health care that a mammogram had found a lump - on Feb 5th. There is no excuse.
