So we wanted to remodel my 9 yr old little girls room with a loft bed, but we wanted something different. I took the desk part of her new loft bed to Omar at urban image and he did an outrageous job. I've also seen his custom shirt and car wraps, and he is really just raw talent! So if your looking for a custom shirt, business cards or something outrageous like a car, go see Omar. read more

This is another case of depending on professionals to know and recommend others. The reflection of the sun off of the leading edge of my Murano was a real problem. The professional who tinted my windows said tinting wasn't the answer but I should see Omar at Urban Image. While I had multiple options, Omar suggested a black Matte on just that portion of the Hood should solve my problem. He was absolutely right, did the job quickly and at reasonable cost. And while there I saw some the extraordinary work he does to make an entire car look like a work of art. And he is a nice guy that LISTENS to you, gives suggestions and then does what you want...a professional. read more

After we ate we came back over and bought a large one. They let you pick which one you want and get it off for you. As she was packing it into the paper bag, she told us how to properly keep it and transport it home since we were on a road trip. We got it home successfully and it looks amazing hanging in our kitchen! We went back the next day because my husband (a lover of all things spicy) decided he wanted a small one to hang from his rear view mirror in his car. A different lady helped me this time and she was very kind! I will say that she put the small one in a plastic bag and didn't explain how to keep it, but that may have been because I told her we had been in the day before getting a larger one. I thought we paid a decent price for what we got and the service from both ladies was stellar!

We noticed some mold and that was quickly removed. He came w two young guys and a dehumidifier (which he left on for the week). When I checked back w them after an hour, Klaus had DRILLED 3/4" HOLES ALL ALONG MY CABINET BOTTOM and in the sheetrock (12 total)!!! We NEVER discussed this! He actually did DAMAGE while I was not in the room! I asked him why he did this. He claimed that it was to "air it out" and that it was "easy to repair" by installing a wood strip over the holes! Wow, not what I wanted for sure. Two thing Klaus kept asking me the entire 2 hrs that he was at my house was 1.) is this going to be a homeowner insurance claim, and 2.) he wanted to REMOVE the cabinet, and even suggested coming at the leak from the OUTSIDE of the house! The literally cut through our exterior wall. Months went by as we tried to close the leak (which we did). In the meantime Klaus sends my a bill for $700! For what? Doing damage in 2hrs?! I told him to COMPLETE the job by repairing the damage he did and I would pay him. That was Summer, now it's Winter and Edelweiss has done 0. And the leak was in the floor.
