I live in Corpus Christi, TX and needed an instrument signed and notarized by a relative in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I searched online and found most of the listings were based in Albuquerque. I then found Santa Fe Mobile Notary, based in, or near Santa Fe, and contacted them. I made an appointment for later in the week which was promptly accepted.
I sent my son out to Santa Fe to oversee the signing. The notary appeared right on time; however, the relative we needed to sign had been moved to an assisted living in Santa Fe. My son traveled to the home where he again met the notary Alexander Taylor. Mr. Taylor had to go to another assignment, after which he promptly returned. At that time all parties were waiting for the individual (who reluctantly furnished the correct address) to make an appearance with the signer's identification, which for some reason he had possession of.
The entire process took nearly two hours, and Mr. Taylor was very professional, courteous and helpful in witnessing and notarizing the deed involving Texas property. I was very glad to voluntarily pay him extra for the time he spent waiting to get the requested documents, and could not give a higher recommendation for the service provided. The service I received from this group was the BEST! read more
