MADDENING! Last time they picked up from my location - 3.5 hours late - the driver took one bin and then disappeared for 10+ minutes while I loaded the second bin myself. When I left my office an hour later the truck was still sitting outside my office building. No surprise he was running late. Save yourself the stress of dealing with a very poorly run business and go with a company that is truly local. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.

Their document storage services are fine. However, since February of 2022, their billing and accounting department has become horrific. They have completely lost the ability to apply payments to statements. Every month since February, I've had to contact customer service (which is a complete joke) about fraudulently charged late fees and payments not posted to our account. I literally have to provide a cancelled check every month to prove not only that we paid, but that we paid on time. Iron Mountain still won't remove the late fees or show our account as paid in full, even though customer service emails me to say our account is paid in full and no late fees should be assessed. Customer service takes weeks (if not months) to respond to issues and they will not provide the name/contact info for a manager/supervisor. Our firm be cancelling our contract and moving our business elsewhere. I will no longer be doing Iron Mountain's work for them every month to get our payments correctly applied to our statements.
