Ridiculously poor customer service! Went in to find out about an additional charge that was placed…read moreon my account. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

When I called, he picked up the phone right away, listen to my request and was able to give me an answer pretty much right there on the spot. Fortunately, the sale and timing worked out for us, we exchanged all the phone numbers with an agreement to keep in touch on the scheduled day of delivery. Chris was at the RV dealer and met my son, and then he delivered the RV to the campground. I feel the exchange was good value and I was coordinating from CA, so i appreciated the smoothness of the transaction.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a this company that might be helpful for you to…read moreknow. The owner initially showed up, assessed the issue, and worked with me on pricing. I was super impressed with his professionalism and we agreed on a start date that required me to cancel deliveries to our commercial business. Unfortunately, after that, he completely ghosted us--no phone call, no text message, nothing. As former military and a business owner I certainly understand things happen. All he had to do was give me a heads up. I operate with a foundation of respect to my fellow man. This caused us a major inconvenience, to say the least. My warning to others is that while he can show up and talk a good game, he doesn't follow through on execution. Just wanted to pass this along so you can be cautious if you're considering working with him. We have received communication from the owner and I do believe his reasoning. I'm removing my review.

Someone called to confirm my appointment the day before as well as confirm my quote. My ENTIRE house, upstairs, downstairs, and the stairs only cost $200. That's a deal in my book. Very professional. Only took about 2 hours. Deep cleaned the carpet and steamed out a few spots. He even cleaned a spot I could never get out of the area rug at my front door... that's taking care of a customer! The process was easy. The cost was low. I called when the job was complete and paid over the phone and received my receipt within an hour. In order to maintain the 10 year warranty on my carpet, I need to have my carpet cleaned once a year (guess who I'll be calling in a year?). Thank you for such a seamless experience.

Mold customers Beware!!!…read more Steamatic was hired and removed mold from our home. But will not give us the homeowners the mold report. Amy refuses to give us the mold reports taken from our home. Months ago. She refuses to answer our calls or text messages. What are they hiding? As a homeowner with open mold in my kitchen where my wife and kids eat. I demand the mold report pre and post remediation. They had my wife sign all there papers before work started but now will not release the mold reports from the kitchen and garage? Someone needs to do something you can't withhold information from the homeowner and ignore us. If I sell my home this could cause me legal issues due to mold non disclosure issues. So far I do not trust!
