I am beyond relieved after choosing Junk Brothers and Moving to move me into my new place. The last time I needed a mover, I found an ad on Craigslist that appeared professional and assumed even if they weren't, the job would still get done. However, the day of the move only one guy showed up because his "cousin" wasn't answering his phone that morning. Just he and I moved my entire house that day, and it was miserable to say the least. So, I was apprehensive finding someone on Craigslist again, but I was in a time crunch and really needed help. Thank goodness! Everything about this experience was professional and on point. I knew that the public concerns regarding the Corona Virus and social distancing might make this move even more difficult than usual. However, they were able to meet my needs on extremely short notice, even working on a Sunday afternoon to get the job done. The two movers were clean and polite and literally did twice the job I was hoping to get done - in the same amount of time. This company is truly amazing, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Chris was very flexible and willing to work with me on my move, my day got delayed extremely due to my landlord taking an extra day to obtain keys to my new place. I had to play phone tag all day but Chris was patient and kind the whole time. Even allowing me to push back my moving day a whole 24 hours. Chris and Jason showed up to my apartment at the exact time they said they'd be and were ready to get to work. Both of them cleaned out my 2 bedroom in no time, despite it being an upstairs unit and moving to another upstairs units. They both had me fully moved within 3 hours. They even went as far to put my drawers back into the dressers. Super sweet guys and great service all around. Junk Brothers & Moving helped us move from one apartment to another. The guys from Junk Brothers were extremely helpful moving all of our furniture and heavy boxes and committed to getting all of our belongings into our new apartment. The best example of this commitment was their persistence to get our couch into our apartment when it would not fit through the front door.
