Then he came back and took one vacuum. 12 hrs. It was 104. I am 73 with lupus, 6 back surgeries. I thought I was gonna die. The last 4 hours the second worker was mostly missing his partner kept asking if I had seen him. I watched him slide my 3k mattresses across the floor alone because I couldn't help. Bill was 1500. It was 2.3 miles distance too. But here's the best part am Missing; a Karastan rug, three sets of nice curtain rods (new), a suitcase full of coats (including a Karl Largerfeld which was $350), 18 rolls of tp, two bar stools. AND A RING CAMERA which was in a small box marked RING so they knew what it was. Called the office, got the run around. They want me to file a claim for 60 cents a pound. Dunno how they weighed it, that's their policy. Because I was so dead, I didn't check everything before they left but my friend who left 30 Mins before them did and luckily took photos. You can still see these items in their truck, These people will steal, they don't care. Furniture was damaged too and they will crawl to jack up the bill. This is the beginning forget their claim system, I will be contacting Rio Rancho police because this is theft and the dollar amount is pretty high and a lawyer. RUN THIS IS A PREDATORY BUSINESS USED BY A LOT OF SENIORS AND THEY INTEND TO TAKE THEIR TIME TO JACK UP THE BILL AND STEAL YOUR STUFF.

It had to be parked two blocks away. Which required me to rent a u-haul to move my things from the truck to my house. It cost me so much money for the extra time for the movers and the extra truck! The trailer only had my things in it but they charged an extra $1000 for the added space I used. Everything shifted in the truck/trailer. I complained to them that I had been misled and the order was totally wrong. I should have not used the trailer! Horrible and very expensive move. They didn't care. They have your credit card!

I used U-Pack (ABF Freight) to move my mom's furniture from ABQ to HOU. I was anticipating an…read moreordeal and a possible cluster F. However, things could not have gone more smoothly. It was a breeze from beginning to end. The U-Pack folks at the point of origin in Albuquerque were very efficient. I emailed them a map of where to go, and followed up with a phone call, and they came and dropped the cube off on-time and exactly where I needed it. I loaded it up with some help from family, called U-Pack and they picked it up the next day. It took about a week to get to Houston. The folks at U-Pack in Houston were also very efficient and friendly. I called and they came out the next day and dropped the cube off, again, on-time and in a place that was perfect for me to unload it into my garage. I let them know that I was done, and they came a few days later and took the cube away. Easy as pie. Lastly, the price was right. They were significantly less expensive than the other container company (Pods). Some things to help... - good communication is important, don't be afraid to call them - someone has to be there to accept delivery of the cube at either end, but you don't have to be there for them to pick it up at either end - follow their videos about packing. You have to go vertical to get the most out of the space provided. - be sure to use lots of padding. I used a lot of old cardboard boxes and got a big roll of bubble wrap. I also used some old blankets and towels. - I also used some small ratcheting tie downs inside. Inside the cube are lots of rails in the walls with slots to attach tie downs. Careful packing, padding and tie downs helped everything arrive pretty much just as I packed it. I didn't have any damages. This experience was so smooth that I will likely use these guys again in the future, should I need to do a small or a large move. Good luck.

Mouse poop, pee, two dead mice, and ruined items galore. I have never seen so much mouse poop/pee all over things in my entire life. We were afraid to touch things in order to move them out because we did not want to contract hantavirus or some other disgusting thing that is spread through rodents. We had to throw away an Ashley Furniture Modular Reclining Sofa, an accent chair, book shelves that were soaked through with so much mouse poop and pee that the wood expanded and turned black, our 9 ft pre-lit tree etc. etc. etc. The tree box was so full of mouse poop that it was obvious a family of them had taken residence just inside that box. So many items that meant a lot to me were ruined by this mouse infestation. To make matters even worse, as we were leaving the storage facility, we were able to catch a mouse on video as it scurried back into the building through a hole in the side. I reached out to the local office and no one would even call me back. I then reached out to corporate office who referred me to some local defuse/defend/deny woman named Stephanie who was so incredibly rude and could not have cared any less about what my family experienced. I was told that if I had paid for their insurance coverage all of my items would have been covered by their buildings' mouse infestation, but since I didn't pay for that option, I was shit out of luck. DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS TO BECOME INHABITED BY LARGE MOUSE INFESTATIONS. These people are heartless and unkind, and not only do they take all your money, they don't care if the things you worked hard for are ruined by their lack of pest control. TOO BAD THEY DON'T USE SOME OF THAT RENT MONEY TO DO PROPER MOUSE CONTROL AT THEIR FACILITIES!!!!!

Fantastic service, completely professional, were on time, followed my requests exactly which we are very happy about. We needed to move quickly since we had an opportunity to buy a house at a great deal but we needed to move out of the old place right away and did not have time to prepare for the move as we normally would. We spoke with Joe and he assured us tat they would take care of everything and they did. We literally did not pack anything at all, they carefully boxed everything and I mean absolutely everything, we literally left with just the clothes on our backs and they packed everything, and we have a lot of stuff, far more than teh average family and they took good care of it all. The next day they were on time (actually they were a few minutes early each day which we love), loaded the massive amount of stuff we own into the truck and drive carefully to our new home, and placed all the boxes where we wanted them. They even assembled the TV stand (which we did not have the tools to do, set up our futons, set up the bed and all the other furniture, then moved things around when we realized that we made a mistake and did not lay out one of the rooms correctly so they moved everything out and fixed it for us. Jay ran the crew the set up out furniture and bring in all our stuff, he is an excellent leader and managed his crew smoothly, processionaly, and had them constantly moving so there was no wasted time at all. We highly recommend Joe, Jay and their All Mighty Moving crew, they are true professionals, they worked with my wife patiently as she tried to figure out the furniture layout that she wanted, they even stayed after it was all done to check to make sure that we were OK and then when my wire realized she needed a change, they quickly moved all the heavy furniture for her and rearranged us in 5 minutes flat, they are an amazing crew. We have moved plenty of times and this is the first time that we actualy liked the service that the movie company gave us, yes they really are that good. We have already recommended them to all out family and friends and we already plan to call them back to rearrange our furniture as we buy new furniture to replace the old furniture some time soon, that is how much we like this compoany and their amazing crew. Keep in mind that they are not just a mover, they can pack anything and everything, plus they can rearrange anything in youth home even if you are not moving so you can call them and they will be happy to move stuff around between different rooms, in and out of your garage, or just between rooms, call them for any of your needs, they really are that good. read more

After booking, I had a short notice scheduling change and they were unable to meet my new needs. Which was completely understandable; but somehow Dori made magic happen to accommodate my change and I am so, so grateful! She provided the best customer service I've ever experienced, and she was truly a joy just to talk to! The movers Derek, Pat, and Bob showed up on moving day with a smile. I cannot say enough great things about those three. They were on time and efficient, and took so much care in protecting all of my belongings. All Mighty Moving has a commitment to customer satisfaction one almost never sees. There was a problem with my move that cost me some money, partly because I had hired All Mighty Moving only three days (!) before my move, after getting some very bad vibes from the company I had originally planned to hire. Joe responded to that problem by comping the entire cost of labor and materials-- a very considerable discount, probably more than the original problem had cost me! Joe was under no obligation to do that. According to our contract, the problem was mine alone, as was the cost of addressing it. I've made quite a few moves in my life, and I'm certain that none of the other companies I've hired would have made a similar choice in similar circumstances. Moving is hard. Things are going to go wrong from time to time. If you want someone who will have your back when they do, go with All Mighty Moving. read more

I was in a pickle this morning. The company I hired to move my daughter and storage units, didn't show up. After calling 5 or 6 companies, I got ahold of Joe. Joe was willing to squeeze us in his schedule today. An hour later Joe and his guys showed up and moved everything like professionals. Joe and his guys did a terrific job for my move. Joe had been so polite, respectful, hard working -- so was his crew. First of all, they didn't charge me for the time it took them to get to me -- which I loved. Everyone was efficient, professional -- and apparently this is the only company within NM that shows up on time, haha. Have moved many times in my life. My experience with All Mighty Movers definitely was the smoothest and fastest I've ever had. Most were young guys but potie and respectful of my wishes and always checked in with me to make sure I was happy with what they were doing and where they were placing things. Their quote was on the low side, which I appreciated. Maybe that's due to them using a U-Haul... Not sure if they have their own truck for other jobs. She was so kind and helpful and really took a lot of stress off of me. JD and (didn't catch the other's name) were amazing. They showed up on time and we're ready to work. They were hustling and I appreciate them so much! There was no "milking of time ", these guys barely stopped for water! I didn't see any standing around or chit chatting. They were there to get the job done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks! They will be with me for my next move!

I used them once and never again. They were an hour late to start. I had three men to unload one…read moreand a half 26' U-Haul trucks. I paid two movers in Phoenix to unload 3 Pack Rat pods and load the trucks. The Phoenix guys did it in 100 degree heat, in a parking lot. They got it done in 3.5 hours. The Quality Movers had three guys and the dragged it out to 6 hours. I even called the Christopher to complain about how long it was taking. He helped for an hour and a half. I was quoted 3 guys for 3 hours. They charged me double! My adult daughter was with me to help drive one of the trucks. She told me the movers kept hitting on her and trying to get her to date them. She also told me they were smoking marijuana on the job. PATHETIC.
