I used Mr Move it all twice and would use again (with keeping things in mind) His crew is always nice, helpful people that work efficiently. Lionel had the best, honest prices. (Called 5 other companies) Lionel and his team were responsive, pleasant, and nice when calling for quotes. 2nd time I had a Uhaul I needed them to load and those were services they offer, which not all companies do Both times moving with them. The crew members were late lol like 45 min +. (Very communicative on keeping me updated) It worked out fine and we were not on a hard deadline so it wasn't a big deal for us but for others if you book with them have some wiggle room on your time. First time we only needed 2 guys and 3 showed up. Second time we needed 3 and only 2 showed up lol. Which again, we were able to work through, I just plan for a certain amount for tip and the work that needs to be done in a timely manner but thankfully everything worked out. I was on a strict budget so I had everything packed and ready to go telling them what I absolutely need help with before they leave Ie: bed, dressers, couch Moved a 2 bedroom apartment in 2 hours (we don't have big appliances to move) I booked out pretty far in advance (from what I was told) 1.5 months ish ?? They were a treat to work with. Cheerful, polite, professional, and efficient. At the apartmen, some of my larger pieces had to be carried up stairwell instead of elevator, and they pulled it off easily. They were careful with everything, very helpful in placing things as I wanted them. Almost everybody views moving as hard, or a pain in the A$$. We have a brand new fragile, eight foot, electric fireplace that has a large glass front panel and glass doors. It weighs over two hundred pounds. Lionel and his two man crew moved it around corners and down a flight of stairs with amazing precision! They moved it to our new location without touching any walls or ceilings. They also moved our loveseat, recliner, 7 drawer dresser, a seven foot tall hutch, and a large oak rolltop desk, all without so much as touching any surface! Lionel and his team has moving down right to the science. They showed up on time and went to work right away. What impressed me the most was how organized the crew is. It was almost like an art watching them move our stuff as best stated by one of Lionel's crew members who said, "Arranging boxes is like playing Tetris, every box has to match and lined up to maximize space." And maximize space they did. Interestingly, we had more stuff to move this time and after they were done loading almost quarter of our truck seemed to have more space. This was quite the opposite from our experience with previous movers who could barely close the doors. Not a single ding was made during the move. Each crew member was courteous and they loaded everything much quicker than we anticipated. Lionel is a man of his word as he delivered what he promised. We were on a tight schedule and historically with our sub par experience with other vendors in New Mexico we were concerned initially if Lionel and his crew wont show up. I used Mr move it all, last August 2018, for a in city move, in Rio Rancho. Lionel and his crew where very professional, and at the same time very friendly. I was all packed up (appx. 60 boxes) when they arrived, but they helped me to double secure a few items. They where very careful with my furniture and HDTV's etc. I have moved well over a dozen times, this was the second time in all my moving experiences that nothing was broken. No nicks and scrapes on the walls. They didn't have the largest truck available, so they had to make two trips (that is why I gave 4 stars, instead of 5). But the new place was only 15 minutes away. They were not the all time quickest company that I have ever used, but they were fast, efficient, and made good use of the time. All in all they were a great team! It has taken me a year to do a review because life gets a little busy sometimes, and after a while I sort of forgot. I was thinking about moving again this summer for a new job. But decided to stay where I am for now. But if I decide to move again, I will be giving Mr. Move It All, a call. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I hired the company Mr. Move It All from Rio Rancho N.M. to move me from my home in the East Mountains to Albuquerque. A few hours after the movers left I was unpacking and discovered my $2,045.00 wedding ring was missing. I immediately called Lionel the companies owner, at which time he proceeded to treat me as a criminal. He questioned me as to why I would leave something of that value in my standing jewelry box for his employees to move and basically accused me of lying. We went back and forth on the phone as he said he was going to question each employee face to face. Of course neither of the three employees admitted to taking the ring. He ensured me he would address this issue in a timely matter yet has failed to get back to me. They also dropped and damaged a night stand in the moving process. read more
