The movers were quick, efficient, and professional. Their rates are very reasonable. We had a short-distance move in town, but with lots of heavy furniture and fragile items. The movers got everything to our house safely. read more

I used Mr Move it all twice and would use again (with keeping things in mind) His crew is always nice, helpful people that work efficiently. Lionel had the best, honest prices. (Called 5 other companies) Lionel and his team were responsive, pleasant, and nice when calling for quotes. 2nd time I had a Uhaul I needed them to load and those were services they offer, which not all companies do Both times moving with them. The crew members were late lol like 45 min +. (Very communicative on keeping me updated) It worked out fine and we were not on a hard deadline so it wasn't a big deal for us but for others if you book with them have some wiggle room on your time. First time we only needed 2 guys and 3 showed up. Second time we needed 3 and only 2 showed up lol. Which again, we were able to work through, I just plan for a certain amount for tip and the work that needs to be done in a timely manner but thankfully everything worked out. I was on a strict budget so I had everything packed and ready to go telling them what I absolutely need help with before they leave Ie: bed, dressers, couch Moved a 2 bedroom apartment in 2 hours (we don't have big appliances to move) I booked out pretty far in advance (from what I was told) 1.5 months ish ?? Easy to call or text. Easy payments. So yes, I recommend and would use again if I found myself in the area just keep those things in mind and you'll have a great experience! read more

I'm changing life styles slightly; have opted to end home ownership and switch to renting. I found a nice apartment that fits my needs and wants and contracted with Mr. Move it All for the house to apartment move. I searched via Yelp and had an immediate response from Lionel, the team leader for this move. We picked a date, Feb 4. He and his crew of 2 others arrived on time with a nice truck. They were a treat to work with. Cheerful, polite, professional, and efficient. At the apartmen, some of my larger pieces had to be carried up stairwell instead of elevator, and they pulled it off easily. They were careful with everything, very helpful in placing things as I wanted them. Almost everybody views moving as hard, or a pain in the A$$. But you can ease and even erase that pain with this crew. Absolutely the best! read more

Mr move it all, these guys are awesome. They work hard and take extra care to protect your things. They packed two trucks from storage, to move me to AZ from N M. We made the 500+ miles and nothing even moved. My antiques, mirrors and art work were all perfect when we arrived. They made sure we could drive the trucks with out worrying about our belongings. Thank you all so much. read more

I have moved with Lionel and his crew twice now, and would never consider anyone else. He (and his men) are GEMS, incredibly hardworking, competent, fast, and cheerful, and they make the stressful job of moving fun and worry-free. His rates are excellent, and you always get your money's worth - and then some. I've had negative experiences with other companies in the past, and will repeat them no longer as long as Mr. Move It All is in business. 5 stars all the way!! read more

Professional, punctual, and gracious with a giant piano that needed a lot of strength to navigate my front door and some stairs.

Simple move and managed to break my bureau, chip clock and frames that fell apart, make tears in leather recliner because they never used pads, etc. The most negligent movers I've ever met and I've moved a lot. Protect yourself. Use someone else. read more

The response time from this gentleman is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire him for any moving job. Very courteous and on the ball. Thank you! read more

Our realtor recommended We got Mr Move It All. We were somewhat anxious since our to New Mexico was very disappointing. Within one minute of talking with Lionel Booth we decided he was the one to move us. Lionel is very laid back and worked with us and our schedule. Whatever we came up with he had a solution. The move was from New Mexico to Ohio. He arrived in Ohio the day after we closed on our home, delivered our second vehicle and unloaded our belongings within 4 hours. There was no damaged furniture, no missing boxes, and no damage to the walls during the move. He deserves more than 5 stars. John M read more

I've moved 9 times over my life. If this wasn't the best of them all, it was certainly right up there. Lionel and his crew are organized, professional and efficient. They arrived right on schedule and completed the move in very quick time. Moving, I think, is always stressful and inconvenient. Having the right crew to handle it can make all the difference. This is the right crew. read more

We have a brand new fragile, eight foot, electric fireplace that has a large glass front panel and glass doors. It weighs over two hundred pounds. Lionel and his two man crew moved it around corners and down a flight of stairs with amazing precision! They moved it to our new location without touching any walls or ceilings. They also moved our loveseat, recliner, 7 drawer dresser, a seven foot tall hutch, and a large oak rolltop desk, all without so much as touching any surface! They were fast, accurate and honest, and they completed the job an hour earlier than their estimate! This quality of professionalism and integrity of character is rare, indeed! Lionel has moved me several times in the past 7 years, most recently from ABQ to Seattle. I was not on sight and yet had no worries concerns about my precious belongings arriving safely, which they did. Mr. Move It All is a professional high performance family run business. The movers did a great job! They did not shy from the tough stuff. I had a large couch that I thought I would never get out. They worked and that first and continued with the great attitude the entire move. The rate was also very good. The hourly rate did not slow them down. Three men and one big truck was perfect for efficiency. I will recommend them to everyone. Lionel the owner operator really knows customer service:) read more

Lionel and his team has moving down right to the science. They showed up on time and went to work right away. What impressed me the most was how organized the crew is. It was almost like an art watching them move our stuff as best stated by one of Lionel's crew members who said, "Arranging boxes is like playing Tetris, every box has to match and lined up to maximize space." And maximize space they did. Interestingly, we had more stuff to move this time and after they were done loading almost quarter of our truck seemed to have more space. This was quite the opposite from our experience with previous movers who could barely close the doors. Not a single ding was made during the move. Each crew member was courteous and they loaded everything much quicker than we anticipated. Lionel is a man of his word as he delivered what he promised. We were on a tight schedule and historically with our sub par experience with other vendors in New Mexico we were concerned initially if Lionel and his crew wont show up. Much to our relief that was not a problem at all. Exceptional service, exceptional crew. Hands down the best. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do I will most definitely use their services again. read more

"This moving company was recommended by my realtor, they were accommodating, professional, and very flexible with what they would bring in the truck. I posted a review in april 2017 but don't see it in here! Lionel and his colleagues were the Best! They treated our possessions as if they were their own and were so courteous and helped with everything from disassembling the treadmill to carrying the heaviest Ethan Allen pieces ever. I would literally plan my moving around their availability that's how good they are . I dropped a piece of paper and one of the guys rushed to get it. You don't see customer service in abq like this often. You are crazy if you use anyone else Amy Lapidus read more

I used Mr move it all, last August 2018, for a in city move, in Rio Rancho. Lionel and his crew where very professional, and at the same time very friendly. I was all packed up (appx. 60 boxes) when they arrived, but they helped me to double secure a few items. They where very careful with my furniture and HDTV's etc. I have moved well over a dozen times, this was the second time in all my moving experiences that nothing was broken. No nicks and scrapes on the walls. They didn't have the largest truck available, so they had to make two trips (that is why I gave 4 stars, instead of 5). But the new place was only 15 minutes away. They were not the all time quickest company that I have ever used, but they were fast, efficient, and made good use of the time. All in all they were a great team! It has taken me a year to do a review because life gets a little busy sometimes, and after a while I sort of forgot. I was thinking about moving again this summer for a new job. But decided to stay where I am for now. But if I decide to move again, I will be giving Mr. Move It All, a call. Also, his wife was a delight to talk to, and very accommodating when I called to set-up the move date. read more

My elderly parents used Mr. Move It All when they downsized from their home to a two bedroom apartment. Lionel and his crew were considerate, kind, and very professional. They even helped my mother decide how to best fit her furniture into the new (smaller) space. They raved so much that when I needed to move across town, I called Mr. Move It All as well. The move happened this last weekend and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything was handled with care and arrived without a bump, scratch, or loss of any kind. They were polite, clean, professional and completed the job quickly. When we were ready to leave the original site and travel to the new place, Lionel made sure I understood he would be taking his time to avoid any mishaps to my household goods and I appreciated his attention to safety. Very affordable, very easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again. I have moved more than a dozen times, both local and long distance, and this company definitely rates as my top experience! Highly highly recommend! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I hired the company Mr. Move It All from Rio Rancho N.M. to move me from my home in the East Mountains to Albuquerque. A few hours after the movers left I was unpacking and discovered my $2,045.00 wedding ring was missing. I immediately called Lionel the companies owner, at which time he proceeded to treat me as a criminal. He questioned me as to why I would leave something of that value in my standing jewelry box for his employees to move and basically accused me of lying. We went back and forth on the phone as he said he was going to question each employee face to face. Of course neither of the three employees admitted to taking the ring. He ensured me he would address this issue in a timely matter yet has failed to get back to me. They also dropped and damaged a night stand in the moving process. read more
