I had an amazing experience with Faith Moving. In calling for quotes for a cross country move, I…read moretalked with David. He was incredibly straightforward, responsive, and helpful. Their quote for a cross country move was very high because they are locally based, but he offered to look at any other quotes I received and offered some STELLAR advice about questions to ask other movers. I ended up choosing a POD as I needed to store things for several months. David's quote to pack and load my POD was very reasonable, and Nick came out TWICE to be sure my stuff would fit in a POD! The two guys who showed up were great. They packed and handled my things with care, were respectful of my home - including protective coverings for the floor and doorways, and polite but efficient. I waited to post this review until after I unpacked on the east coast. Watching the way the POD was swinging when they unloaded it in my new driveway, I was terrified things were rattling around in there. But when I opened it, everything was snug and secure. Furthermore, I have unpacked everything - including China and very fragile glassware - and not a SINGLE item was damaged. Knowing how that POD got thrown around, I am extra impressed. Many thanks to Faith Moving Co for being the best part of my moving logistics. I highly recommend them.

From your very first interaction with…read moreJoe it's clear your going to be in good hands and you're not dealing with a fly by night company. The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.

Licensed, bonded and insured. Their time estimate for the move was accurate. The owner was upfront with costs, only charged for the time worked (no rounding up to the next hour if he only worked 5 minutes of it) returned phone calls in a timely manner and was forthcoming with all answers to questions we had before and during the move. On time, or called when running late (and late to them was 10 min). Nothing in either move was broken, damaged, or lost. They do offer packing services along with the muscle if you desire. They were even awesome enough to move some furniture already in the house so that we could arrange a room a bit differently to fit our needs. This involved swapping out some pieces from upstairs to downstairs so it did require some major lifting. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated company. Edit: One thing to be mindful is their pricing, while it is competitive, he quotes as so much for the first couple hours and then so much for every additional hour (he does prorate). Make sure you understand how long he believes it will take to move you especially if you have a large place, full garage, or require them to do the majority of the packing.
