Manny and his 2-man crew, George and Michael, delivered exactly what they promised and did an excellent job at it. They arrived on time, brought everything they needed, discussed with us how we wanted things done (we've moved a lot in 35 years together), offered helpful advice and suggestions, agreed on start and finish times, solved challenges as they arose, and completed the job on time and without a hitch. Moved from Houston to Albuquerque and timeline was crucial. I was driving with my parents and two elder folks. Everything had to be dropped off and my family had to turn around and go right back to Houston. Manny kept in touch with me 2 hour before hand all the way up to driving up to my apartment. Movers were on time and got me moved to the second floor in the amount of time I needed them to do it. I honestly didn't have anymore money then 2 hours to give and a snow storm was arriving by 1 pm. These guys got everything up to the second floor. I appreciated the help especially from Andres who seemed to be moving at the speed of light. I know I couldn't have moved these items in time even with my family due to elevation and health issues. Thank You. read more

Worse moving experience ever! Was over promised and undelivered. Was told on Friday he would have 4-5 people to load my U-Haul. Had to sign movers on base. He showed up with 3 movers. One person was not allowed to come on base (owner was told to ensure movers could pass background check ahead of move). Of the two remaining one guy was not able to lift anything over 10 pounds. He brought two more guys around noon. One of those not allowed to come on base. I rented a 20' U-Haul truck and it took two trips because they didn't pack truck correctly. (See picture). After all said and done, I was charged full-price. Also my dining room table was damaged. Never use these guys if you live in Albuquerque. Completely unprofessional. Update to review. Upon further unpacking, noticed damage to items moved by this company. Contacted owner asking for a partial refund for damage to property and received the following reply, " I'm so sorry... We apologize... Thanks for your feedback on YELP...You kept your word... IF you wish to have further contact with me...please write to my attorney.. Michael Casey 720 Fruit Ave NW ( no phone calls) He will need written documents. Because of the lack of crew...and my desire to help you ON YOUR TERMS ... and having two good men sent home...plus a 300lb safe...stairs to 2 nd floor ...and heavy ( four man bed ) ...I decline any responsibility for YOUR lack of supervision and callous concern for the crew... Please do not contact me again...unless you want your actions brought to the base commander. That is MY REQUEST. M.Wright" The two good men that were sent home was due to not passing background check for access to base. Not my doing as I specifically told owner requirements for access to base. He agreed to terms. In doing so, he overpromised and under delivered. Lack of crew was not my fault. Owner assured me there would be 4-5 movers. He declines responsibility for my lack of supervision? He is the owner and responsible for the actions of his crew. The owner, despite given access to base, never showed up at job site to check on job anytime during move. Owner was made aware move would include moving items (bed and safe) upstairs well in advance of move. His failure to provide oversight and proper number of qualified movers is squarely on him. Apparently this company's way of doing business in blaming others when they should be taking responsibility for their actions. I will ensure the base's spouses group knows not to use this company when renting a U-Haul truck. read more

Manny was a complete clown and talked to his staff like they were 2 years old. Over $800 to pack two out of eight rooms, then cancelled 1 week before move date because "no one was available". Terrible to deal with. read more

Uhual truck broke down in New Mexico on a cross country trip. This company came the next day on late notice and took care of us and our belongings. They were very personable and responsible. Excellent movers! We hired another moving company to move us from ABQ to Jacksonville, FL. They were supposed to come on Thursday - called me Friday night at 10:30 to tell me they weren't coming. We ended up renting a U-Haul and I called Manny. He saved the day! Jack and Michael were wonderful! They managed to get all of our belongings in a 15' truck and all is well. I just wish I could have brought them with me to unload in Jacksonville! read more

They came out and moved some furniture into a moving van. They did an excellent job and were very careful. No damage to my house and the furniture was packed I.
