Then he came back and took one vacuum. 12 hrs. It was 104. I am 73 with lupus, 6 back surgeries. I thought I was gonna die. The last 4 hours the second worker was mostly missing his partner kept asking if I had seen him. I watched him slide my 3k mattresses across the floor alone because I couldn't help. Bill was 1500. It was 2.3 miles distance too. But here's the best part am Missing; a Karastan rug, three sets of nice curtain rods (new), a suitcase full of coats (including a Karl Largerfeld which was $350), 18 rolls of tp, two bar stools. AND A RING CAMERA which was in a small box marked RING so they knew what it was. Called the office, got the run around. They want me to file a claim for 60 cents a pound. Dunno how they weighed it, that's their policy. Because I was so dead, I didn't check everything before they left but my friend who left 30 Mins before them did and luckily took photos. You can still see these items in their truck, These people will steal, they don't care. Furniture was damaged too and they will crawl to jack up the bill. This is the beginning forget their claim system, I will be contacting Rio Rancho police because this is theft and the dollar amount is now a third degree felony. Forget their claims dept. They will be facing legal charges. RUN THIS IS A PREDATORY BUSINESS USED BY A LOT OF SENIORS AND THEY INTEND TO TAKE THEIR TIME TO JACK UP THE BILL AND STEAL YOUR STUFF.

John, you never assessed the situation yourself nor even gave us the courtesy of a return phone call so you really shouldn't be stating as fact things about which you have no personal knowledge. Context is that this woman was being moved from one assisted living facility to another. One mover told us that his partner could not tolerate the smell because it turned his stomach. The other mover told us he was fine with it but couldn't do the job alone. We asked if another person could be replaced and asked for the owner to call. We never received any phone call. We have left messages but silence. If you have an elderly family member in need of help, do not contact this company. It is difficult getting older. Your actions have made it much worse.
