I never leave reviews, but wow!! I cannot say enough about Mighty Men. Ralph and his crew were fantastic! My mother was trying to get her house ready for sale, but had a lot of junk around the house and the backyard needed a serious cleanup. I put in a request with Mighty Men and Ralph called me the very next day, was very pleasant and professional, unlike many of the other contractors we have worked with in Albuquerque. The price he quoted me was excellent, far better than another landscaper we had used earlier in the year. We set up an appointment for the following Wednesday morning. They showed up on time, much to my mothers surprise and were very kind and courteous to her. They had a big job to do, including some difficult stump removal. My mother said she never saw anyone work so hard in her life. When they were done, my mother felt it was money very well spent and we were finally done with the house. I called Mighty Men to get a quote on having a defunct hot tub removed from my back yard. They gave me a quote over the phone, on the spot, and were able to come later that week. On the day of the appointment, the crew was running late after being held over at another job; they called in advance of the appointment time to let me know, which I appreciated. Once they were here, they realized they were not going to be able to move the hot tub out on a dolly as planned, so they dismantled it in place and moved it out in pieces, for no extra charge. Cutting up a hot tub is no small endeavor, and very messy, but they got everything out in about an hour, no damage to any adjacent structures or trees, and they did a great job cleaning up all the debris, actually leaving the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. After many years of junk building up in my garage and a good cleaning of our home we had a huge pile of junk needing to be moved. I called Mighty Men for the job after another local company was a no show. Ralph was not only professional but was on time and very courteous. I was amazed at the level of customer service this company provides. He worked fast and efficient and was upfront on cost. I understood the exact cost of the pile of junk before any work started. Its refreshing to see a local company be this good and honest, its hard to find these days. The entire team of Mighty Men went above and beyond in helping during a bad situation. They were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. They worked quickly and made sure we had to do as little as possible. This was an estate of a family member and there was a tremendous amount of work to be done and they did it all. And during all of this, they were genuinely concerned about us and assisted us with several other non-related issues. We had checked on a few other companies in the area and their fees were the most reasonable and they had the most positive reviews, which are well deserved. Ralph and his sons did an excellent job of removing a hot tub from my enclosed patio. As there were no openings large enough to carry it through, they cut it up into manageable pieces and carried them out the door instead. I was amazed by what a thorough job they did; they worked efficiently, showed attention to detail and left my deck broom-clean. They completed the job in just 1 1/2 hours and charged a very reasonable price. They were polite and professional, which I appreciated very much. Ralph even called in advance to let me know they had been slightly delayed by the job before mine. You don't see courtesy like that very often these days. I would highly recommend this company! After my uncle passed away unexpectedly my mom and I (we live out of state) were faced with cleaning out the family home in one week. Ralph and Cameron came over within 1 hour of our call and began work right away. They worked us in around other jobs so they could meet our tight deadline. They were very professional and friendly. The spirit of "can do" lives on at Mighty Men Junk Removal. Ralph and his crew have helped me out on two separate occasions, a year apart in time. Very consistent response. Once to remove a spa and console tv and this last time to demolish a work room and cut up and remove a concrete pond. This was all done to prep a property for sale and I kept finding additional things to throw out. Ralph took it all in stride. He also back filled the pond and removed a dead tree. Hopping on the bandwagon and giving this business another well deserved 5-stars. We had a queen size mattress and box springs as well as many other pieces of accumulated junk that needed to be disposed of quickly. I called in on Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Ralph and his son Cameron were right on time with a large enough truck to take all of it in one trip. Wow! i am so glad that they came up first in my search for Hot Tub Removal. i thought it was going to be a daunting task and take forever. Ralph called me the next morning after i left my initial email request. Extremely professional and polite - we made an appointment for the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. Reasonably priced and very dependable. Ralph and Cameron are top notch! My father passed away last October, and I had to move my mother to an assisted care facility due to her dementia. She needs the assets from the sale of her house to make sure she has enough savings to live out her days, but before I could put the house on the market I had to remove 37 years worth of junk. Enter Ralph and Cameron. On a Wednesday morning, Ralph told me he would have the place emptied out by Friday. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but they finished by about noon on Friday. Ralph, son and the guys are a well groomed (matching shirts!), polite, and hard working crew. Single women or women minding the house alone for the day are safe with these guys in their yard. They work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Ralph is the boss and let's you know what's going on and is reponsive to all questions and requests to haul off that next thing you just found. Awesome service! I live in Wisconsin and recently had a family member pass away in Albuquerque. I flew in for 24 hours to clean out her apartment. Ralph met me a couple of hours after I arrived, gave me a quote on the spot, and left me assured that the clean out would happen the Monday after I left.
