We needed two large sectionals, a rug, and some random junk/debris removed from my parents house and backyard. These guys had availability the next week (I appreciate that they mentioned this in their answering machine message), called me back promptly, showed up on-time, and dragged the stuff out no complaints, no problems and pretty quickly. I am really impressed with this company. I received an immediate response to my request for a quote, the price was Good, scheduling was within 5 days. All communication was professional, thorough and understandable. Richard and John arrived on time, and took two hours to cut up a heavily overbuilt hot tub, haul the sections through a 36" gate opening, and clean up all the debris. Everything was carefully loaded into their trailer, which was properly tarped and secured before departure. And all handled with good humor and not one bit of grumbling! They guys were great. They were on time and really friendly. I asked them to text me when they got here so I could put my dog outside and put the cats in a bedroom. I called in the morning to get a quote and sent a picture of the old shed I wanted removed. Richard responded almost immediately, gave me a price and said it could go up depending on size of the shed, difficulty of the demolition, etc. He said they could be out that afternoon. Rented one of their dumpsters for a pretty reasonable price considering what it would cost us to take to the dump ourselves (time, energy, multiple trips and fees).
