Ray is always professional, his team is always on time, they are reliable, thorough, and positive. They have fair prices and clear communication. Whether we request a deep clean or a freshen up they meet our expectations. This is the only cleaning service in the city that has remained consistent. I've requested last minute appointments or to reschedule (within their policy guidelines) and they have always been accommodating. I highly recommend using their cleaning services. Floors, windows, appliances, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, deep cleans, or just a freshen up. Thank you so much for all of your hard work - your team is amazing!

My previous review of this company was penned A) following my first order B) when the biz was…read morelocated in the warehouse district and C) when the owner, Tami, was working with a different employee. Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. Just wash your hands, and then call this company, you won't regret it.

I contacted Jose in September for a deep cleaning quote, and within a few days he was able to come…read moreto my house, and then email me a very detailed estimate of services and his charge. It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute!

I am new to New Mexico and started my business up, and again required a vehicle wrap for my service van. I purchased my commercial van through fleet at Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque. The fleet manager asked if I was going to wrap the van? I replied Yes, however don't know who to use. He recommended Highly Kings of Wrap in Rio Rancho. I reached out to Raul at Kings of Wrap and was so impressed about how he conducted himself on the phone. He took his time on questions and answers, and was able to give me a ball park price. Before deciding on using Kings of Wrap I did shop around and found that most companies didn't answer the phones, and the ones who did wasn't phone patient. Still to this day, I am waiting on return phone calls via leaving messages on answering machines. Needing a company logo, I asked Raul if he knew of an artist/graphic designer? He advised me he can help me design a logo based on my vision. We met at his office to brain storm for an hour and after our back and forth conversations he was able to create a fantastic logo for my company. At this point hasn't even asked for a dime. Most of the companies require an upfront deposit to lock you in. I can go on and on over how Professional Kings of Wrap is. However, you will have to experience that for yourself. From the initial contact to the install of the wrap by his son Daniel (who you will really like) you will find here Quality, Professionalism, and Superb Workmanship. One last piece of advice - When shopping for a wrap or signage make sure they are only using 3M wrap material, inks, and they laminate the wrap. I have had friends who had wraps done, and in 6 months cracks and discoloration issues. Kings of Wraps use 3M only, just ask Raul about this. Cannon
