We used Ratchet Industries on San Pedro for hail damage repairs on our truck through a USAA…read moreinsurance claim. Our communication was with the owner, Rori. The truck was dropped off on August 28 and was not marked "ready" until November 21, nearly 12 weeks later. During the repair process, we were repeatedly told it would be "two more weeks," but the completion date kept moving. Communication with both us and USAA was slow, inconsistent, and often nonexistent. Because of the shop's extreme delays, we incurred additional rental car costs. Ratchet Industries agreed to reimburse us for the rental expense, and USAA has a record of that agreement. The amount still owed to us is $1,604.84. After agreeing to pay, the shop again repeatedly told us payment would be made in "two weeks," but no payment was made. At the shop's request, we even tried working with them on a payment plan, but those payment dates have long passed and they are no longer communicating with us. As a final attempt to resolve this, we offered to accept half of the amount owed if paid by the deadline we gave them, which is now about six months after we incurred the rental cost. We still received no payment and no communication. When the truck was finally marked "ready" on November 21, it was not actually complete or properly put back together. The new drip moldings had not been installed, the interior paneling had been put back loosely and needed repair, the middle light housing was broken, and screws were missing from the tailgate molding. We have been very patient and gave Ratchet Industries many opportunities to resolve this. We are requesting payment of the $1,604.84 rental reimbursement they agreed to pay, or at minimum a written response and immediate plan for repayment.

Both Greg's (Yes, there are 2) were absolutely attentive and knowledgeable to assist me with my custom graphics. They were extremely patient and kind and useful while listening to my limited experience with these types of things. I wish I could give them 10 Stars for checking all the boxes for friendly service, GREAT price, superb quality, patience when I wasn't sure what I wanted, quick service once I figured it out, understanding my needs and wants AND they got me scheduled and got it done FAST! I also give them BONUS stars for answering and returning my calls and emails. *(A previous business I contracted with took my money but didn't answer or return calls, and sat on the project for 2 months while giving me 18 million excuses of what they COULDN'T do!) I should have taken my project to Genesis Signs first and I highly suggest you do as well. Their professionalism is top notch.

My partner had been communicating with the owner, Fabian, a few months prior to our arrival about wrapping the camper and also doing other modifications while we were there. We sincerely appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail they provided while doing the wrap and helping us with five other modification and accessories. Besides wrapping the camper, the other projects they helped us with were attaching two awnings, 2 exterior aluminum storage boxes, a propane holder and installing 2 exterior side light bars (sorry if I missed anything)!! We are incredibly happy how everything turned out and so grateful for the care we received by Fabian and his team. We drove a long way for this service and I am sure if we decide to have more work done, we will most definitely make the journey back. We receive compliments on the wrap everywhere we go. Fabian and his crew did an excellent job. The wrapped matte black camper looks amazing!

After having to wait three days to get the vehicle back into the shop for replacement lettering, I discovered that the employees had NOT been advised of the incorrect placement and leveling, and then I waited another day to receive the vehicle back after attempting to correct the mistake. One side that was in fact replaced, was still crooked. Being in need of the vehicle, I took possession and decided not to utilize this company for any further markings for my business... Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. Just wash your hands, and then call this company, you won't regret it.
