When I got the car, the ppf had bubbles and the edges were not aligned well or evenly on the left and right side. The owner said I need to let it cure for 2 weeks then bring it back and he would fix the issues. I paid in full, which was a mistake. I scheduled twice to fix the problems, and the owner didn't show up either time. He just left me waiting outside his shop, no one was there and no one answered the phone when I called. He generally won't pick up the phone when I call and doesn't reply anymore to text messages. I also never received the STEK warranty. He claims to be a STEK authorized installer, but his business doesn't show up as one on the STEK website, make of that what you will. Poor quality work and unprofessional, I'll never be back.

My car has…read morelong been overdue for cleaning...and in my mind..was simply so filthy from all the dust and fur from frequent rides and shuttling my dogs to places! While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done.
