However, if you are incorporating an operational change, such as closing the waiting area in a location where there's no other businesses to go to, that you would rely this message to potential customers. I was told to wait the five days and then I could wipe it off while come to find out, it was in between the tint and it had to be removed. He redid the window within 15-20 minutes and when I saw it, it had a ton of bubbling. I was told to wait another five days we waited two weeks in the bubbling is still there so I returned the vehicle to get it fixed, and he refused to fix it after we were told that he has a one-year warranty on the Tint. I contacted him asking him why and he said he refuses to fix it because he's not gonna waste his time and yelled at me and said he gets plenty of business that he doesn't need mine. If you ask me, this is poor business, and I will never refer anybody to him again. Eclipse and most places do life time warranty's this jerk won't even fix his own mistake!

There was a small leak after replacement & they (ToG) wasted no time in getting me back in to remedy it. They didn't hesitate to replace it AGAIN to make sure it was done right.
