Of course we used him since we have done in the past ...the first time my driver side window had glue on it like a thick black glue. I was told to wait the five days and then I could wipe it off while come to find out, it was in between the tint and it had to be removed. He redid the window within 15-20 minutes and when I saw it, it had a ton of bubbling. I was told to wait another five days we waited two weeks in the bubbling is still there so I returned the vehicle to get it fixed, and he refused to fix it after we were told that he has a one-year warranty on the Tint. I contacted him asking him why and he said he refuses to fix it because he's not gonna waste his time and yelled at me and said he gets plenty of business that he doesn't need mine. If you ask me, this is poor business, and I will never refer anybody to him again. Eclipse and most places do life time warranty's this jerk won't even fix his own mistake!

There was a small leak after replacement & they (ToG) wasted no time in getting me back in to remedy it. They didn't hesitate to replace it AGAIN to make sure it was done right. The next week I call and he says he tried to call me but there's no sign of that actually happening on my phone. I get the price and he says he'll get it done by the next day. I wait till I can get help to come with me for the big piece..three days. I get there and they have no sign of the order and they won't go cut me the pieces saying I'd have to come back next week. Also, I meanwhile got an outrageous bid for a small shower door at 4000 when another company said it would be 1500. There are a lot of other glass companies around and I'll be taking my business there. It's too bad as Action has been my go to place- not now.
