We just did some remodeling, and wanted to protect the new luxury vinyl plank flooring from fading, and keep the house cooler (since no a/c). She recently installed Llumar V45 Dayview, with 99.9% UV protection, and 45% heat reduction. It looks great, and feels cooler indoors. She worked within our budget, and double checked all her work before leaving. She is a joy to talk to, and we so highly recommend her! Thanks again, Ahna!

The new window tinting allowed us to remove the old vertical window shades and lattice we had in attempt to mitigate the heat. The minute tinting was placed on a window, we could feel a significant difference between it and the next window awaiting tinting. Our staff were so impressed, they immediately asked for business cards as they have projects too. Felines & Friends can't thank Sol Solutions enough and highly recommends them.

I should preface this piece with "this place needs to work on their communication and customer…read moreservice skills." I scheduled an appointment a week ago for my front windows to be tinted as well as adding a strip to the windshield. Today, I drove 30 miles only to be told that their "customer waiting area" was closed due to COVID. I commend you for executing a solid plan for keeping you and your staff safe. However, if you are incorporating an operational change, such as closing the waiting area in a location where there's no other businesses to go to, that you would rely this message to potential customers. If you informed me of this at the time I made the appointment, I could have arrange for someone to pick me up and not have wasted my morning!!! I digress.

While I was there, someone came in to get an estimate on replacing a windshield & the price quoted was VERY reasonable. If I ever need to have window work again, I'll DEFINITELY come here FIRST. I had a very disappointing experience with L and L Auto Sales in Las Cruces. Shortly after…read morepurchasing my vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues, including overheating and overall reliability concerns within just a few weeks. I took the vehicle back to have the issue inspected, and I was told that everything was fine. However, within hours of leaving, the same problem occurred again. This raised significant concerns about the thoroughness and accuracy of the inspection, as well as the overall quality of the vehicles being sold. This situation has been both frustrating and costly, especially given the expectation that a vehicle purchased from a dealership should meet basic standards of safety and dependability. I strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected and to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
