Of course we used him since we have done in the past ...the first time my driver side window had glue on it like a thick black glue. I was told to wait the five days and then I could wipe it off while come to find out, it was in between the tint and it had to be removed. He redid the window within 15-20 minutes and when I saw it, it had a ton of bubbling. I was told to wait another five days we waited two weeks in the bubbling is still there so I returned the vehicle to get it fixed, and he refused to fix it after we were told that he has a one-year warranty on the Tint. I contacted him asking him why and he said he refuses to fix it because he's not gonna waste his time and yelled at me and said he gets plenty of business that he doesn't need mine. If you ask me, this is poor business, and I will never refer anybody to him again. Eclipse and most places do life time warranty's this jerk won't even fix his own mistake!

    I've been to Audio Express on two different occasions in 2025 for my '25 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid,…read morefirst for a hideaway subwoofer/4-door speaker install and second for an amplifier install. The first visit went fine overall: they were pleasant to speak with and price matched with no fuss. They were reassuring and helpful in explaining that the audio gear I was considering (Kicker Hideaway 10", JL Audio C2 650) were quality and should work great in my otherwise stock Tucson. I paid ~$1300 after install. The sub was in-stock and they installed it in a few hours that day but they damaged my passenger footwell kick panel in the process. They apologized and promised to order and install a replacement once it arrived. I returned a few days later once the speakers arrived and they installed those quickly and easily with no further issues. In the months following, everything audio worked great but I never received calls regarding the kick panel replacement. Finally, after calling them 6 or so different times over ~5 months and being told it was simply on backorder, I ordered the part myself from an OEM Hyundai parts supply site and informed them I'd appreciate a refund of that amount + free install, which they agreed to. I recently returned for an amplifier install alongside the install/credit of the kick panel's cost towards the amp's install/purchase. Negotiating this was easy, the conversations always went well and seemed pleasant. The actual installation process was much worse this time around. I was again reassured the install should be a simple one and paid ~$1300 after all. I was told I'd be called when the parts were in so I could drop my car off. I never got a call and had to call myself to check-in and finally schedule. After dropping off my car on 12/2, I finally got my car back today 12/10. Updates on my car's status were very spotty, with me making 5 of the 7 calls total despite being told I would get calls back with updates. Additionally, I picked up my car today and found that my keyfob no longer works wirelessly and my MyHyundai app reports that the tail lights stay on (despite seemingly being off). Google suggests this could be the result of improper wiring. I called once more to ask about this and got no immediate answer, but was told I'd get a call back with more info after they contact tech support. I can just hope my battery doesn't die in the meantime. I'm hopeful they're willing to fix these mistakes and will update this review accordingly. I certainly understand the whole situation is not under their control (part shipping times, complications with newer hybrid electrical systems, other existing customer commitments/appointments), but I'm overall disappointed that I'm experiencing issues like these $2600 and 8 business days of install later.
