I should preface this piece with "this place needs to work on their communication and customer…read moreservice skills." I scheduled an appointment a week ago for my front windows to be tinted as well as adding a strip to the windshield. Today, I drove 30 miles only to be told that their "customer waiting area" was closed due to COVID. I commend you for executing a solid plan for keeping you and your staff safe. However, if you are incorporating an operational change, such as closing the waiting area in a location where there's no other businesses to go to, that you would rely this message to potential customers. If you informed me of this at the time I made the appointment, I could have arrange for someone to pick me up and not have wasted my morning!!! I digress.

There was a small leak after replacement & they (ToG) wasted no time in getting me back in to remedy it. They didn't hesitate to replace it AGAIN to make sure it was done right. While I was there, someone came in to get an estimate on replacing a windshield & the price quoted was VERY reasonable. If I ever need to have window work again, I'll DEFINITELY come here FIRST. I trust the couple who own it. I chatted with the female owner while I waited. A very nice & professional lady. I believe they are honest. Thank you!

The new window tinting allowed us to remove the old vertical window shades and lattice we had in attempt to mitigate the heat. The minute tinting was placed on a window, we could feel a significant difference between it and the next window awaiting tinting. We just did some remodeling, and wanted to protect the new luxury vinyl plank flooring from fading, and keep the house cooler (since no a/c). She worked within our budget, and double checked all her work before leaving. She is a joy to talk to, and we so highly recommend her! Thanks again, Ahna!

This place was professional from the call down to the application to the last tint on my window. Shop is clean. Tint My Ride is a great place! Waiting area is small (4 chairs), but adequate because the owner works fast. There is a nice tv to keep you company if you are a tv watcher. Location easy to find. Plenty of parking.
